【摘要】 产业园区作为产业发展的有效载体,有力地推动了经济的快速发展,各地争相效仿,园区规模和数量迅速膨胀。为了大力推动城镇化进程,促进经济发展,很多地区在规划和建设产业园区时偏重于“单一的生产型园区经济”。但随着产业园区填鸭式的铺开,产业虽然得到集聚,但只见工厂不见城镇,只见物不见人,公共设施和公共服务无法“落地”,缺乏社区的功能辅助,产业发展也难以为继。经济发展与社会进步的矛盾日益凸显,因此,我们迫切需要一种新理念、新思路、新方式去推动产业园区的发展。本论文从“硅谷之父”斯坦福大学教授弗雷里克·特曼把软件产业园区定义为“技术专家社区”获得启发,试图把产业园区定义为具有产业特征的社区当做研究对象,然后从目前关于建设和发展产业园区的相关理论入手,试图对这个理论做另外一种富有创新意义的探讨：把指导产业园区建设和发展的理论引入产业园社区中,以此作为产业园区社区建设的理论指导。在这一创新思路的指导下,本论文运用了比较研究、案例研究以及对策研究的方法,在“产城融合”新理念提出的背景下,首先对产业集聚理论和增长极理论进行了阐述和实证分析,并在比较研究国际上成功产业园区和国内著名产业园区发展概况及其在社区建设方面的探索和实践之后获得启示,总结了我国产业园区社区建设的特点和不足。随后的案例研究中对蕲春李时珍产业园社区建设现状分析,在经验借鉴的基础上,提炼出对蕲春李时珍产业园社区建设的建议和对我国产业园社区建设的政策建议。总之本论文试图基于产业发展理论,研究产业园区的社区建设,为加快建设我国产业园区提供新的思路和有益的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial park as an effective carrier of industrial development, a strong impetus to the rapid economic development, local emulate, park size and number of rapid expansion.In order to promote the urbanization process, and promote economic development in many regions in the planning and construction of industrial parks emphasis on a single production park economy. With the spoon-fed the spread of the industrial park, industrial While gathering, but see things but not people, I saw the factory but not the town, lack of community units, public facilities and public services can not be "landing", the industry development unsustainable.The contradiction between economic development and social progress is increasingly obvious, so we urgently need a new concept, new ideas, new ways to promote the development of the industrial park.This thesis is inspired from the "Father of Silicon Valley, Stanford University Professor Fred Rick Terman software industrial park is defined as" technical experts community, industrial park is defined as communities with industrial characteristics as a research object, and then from the currenton the theory of the construction and development of the industrial park to start trying to do another innovative significance of this theory:guiding the industrial park construction and development of the theory of the introduction of the industrial park in the community, as the theoretical guidance of the industrial park, community building.This innovative ideas under the guidance of this thesis, the use of comparative studies, case studies and countermeasures, industrial agglomeration theory and growth pole theory in the context of producing city fusion "concept, first described and Empirical Analysis, revelation, and summarizes the characteristics of China’s industrial park, community building and in the Comparative Study of the successful industrial park in the international and domestic famous industrial park development overview of exploration and practice in community building.Subsequent case study analysis of the shizhen Li Industrial Park Community Building status quo, based on Experience, extracted from the recommendations of the of the Li Shizhen Industrial Park community building and policy recomendations for China’s Industrial Park community building.In summary, this paper attempts to community building, based on the industrial development theory, research industrial park to provide new ideas and useful exploration to accelerate the construction of industrial parks in China.更多还原
