【摘要】 近年来,人口老龄化问题加剧,带来了各种社会麻烦,如何让老年人拥有幸福的晚年是社会学学者关注的热点问题。老年人群体按地域可以分为城市老年人与农村老年人,按知识文化水平可以分为高知老年人与普通老年人,不同的生活环境及自身的生活方式,造成了他们晚年生活的不同需求。高知老年人作为老年人群体中的领先者,对于社会政策及社会进程的反应较为敏感,他们可以随着时代的进步积极接纳新鲜事物,晚年生活需求具有一定的代表性。社会工作作为中国内地新起步的新兴行业介入高知老年人的生活需求研究,为具有促进社会工作发展的作用。本文采用问卷调查与深度访谈的研究方法,对高知老年人群体的生活需求做出了总结与归纳,为社会工作的介入研究奠定了基础,同时,本文在社会工作介入方法与技巧方面,举例说明,明确的阐述了社会工作的研究过程。在文章的第四章,笔者就研究中发现的问题提出了相应的解决方案与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the problem of aging population increased, causes all sorts of social problems.How to let the old have a happy old life is the hot problems which sociology scholars concerned. The old group geographically can be divided into the city olds and rural elderly people, according to the knowledge culture level can be divided into the senior intellectuals and ordinary retired old people.Different life environment and different life ways, caused their life in the different requirements. As senior intellectuals in the group leader, for social policy and social process is sensitive to the reaction, they can with the progress of The Times actively to accept new things, and his old age short life demand has certain representativeness. Social work as mainland China new start emerging industry in the life of the aged highly-educated needs study, has the extremely vital significance. This paper by questionnaire and depth interview method to the old group life demand highly-educated made a summary and induction, for social work intervention study lays a foundation, at the same time, the paper in social work in method and the skill, for example, clear expounds the research process of social work.
