湖北中移工程公司班组建设研究

【摘要】 随着企业的迅速发展,员工数量也不断增加,由此对企业管理水平提升以及基层班组建设等方面,提出了更严格的要求。班组作为企业的基层管理单位,班组管理也就是成为企业发展的重中之重。加强班组管理,努力提高班组管理和建设水平,是通信企业持续发展战略的重点,同时也能切实实现企业管理重心下移的实际需要,是推动企业健康稳定发展的助力器。通过加强班组建设和提升班组长综合素质,夯实基础,提高班组成员整体素质,全面提升生产作业效率,打造富有特色的班组文化,通过不断提升班组管理水平,进一步推动企业市场竞争力的全面提升,实现企业长远稳定发展。湖北中移通信技术工程有限公司始建于1995年,是武汉市电信局直属的通信工程施工企业。已承接移动通信、数据通信、图像通信、程控交换、光纤接入、通信电源、通信管线、智能网络、综合布线等多种专业、通信基站设备维护及各种规模的通信建设项目,并参与多项通信相关项目总体方案策划、设备配置、工程施工等全程工作。但同时,随着企业规模的不断壮大,通信企业基层班组管理中存在的各种弊端也不断暴露。本文首先通过对湖北中移工程目前班组建设情况进行剖析,查找存在的弊端,并借鉴国外优秀班组建设经验,在体系建设、结构优化、班组长培养等方面进行改进和提升,加强现代通信企业班组建设和管理水平,全面提升公司整体实力。与此同时,本文提出通过评审“五型”班组、选拔和培养优秀班组长、加强班组文化建设等具体方案来制定了班组建设优化方案,以期能够进一步提升通信企业班组建设和管理水平,打造卓越员工团队。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of enterprises,the number of employers is increasing which create the higher requirements of the promotion of the level of enterprise management and construction of basic level organization.As the basic management unit of enterprise group,team management becomes the top priority of enterprise management.Strengthening the team construction, strive to improve the level of team work which are the most important parts of communication enterprise strategy management. It is in line with the actual needs of business management center of gravity, which is the enterprise long-term development strategy.Through strengthening the team construction, enhance the comprehensive quality of team and group leader,tamp foundation,improve the overall quality of the team members, it will improve the production efficiency and create unique and team culture.Through the continuous improvement of management level of teams and groups,it will further promote the competitiveness of enterprises, achieve the sustainable development of enterprise.HuBei China Mobile Communications Technology Engineering Co., Ltd set up in1995. It is the communication engineering construction enterprise which is directly belong to Wuhan Telecommunications Bureau. It undertakes lots of subjects, such as mobile communication,data communication,image communication,program controlled exchange, optical fiber access, communication power supply, communication pipeline, intelligent network and integrated wiring,etc.And it also undertakes the maintenance of communication base station equipment and many kinds of communication construction projects.Furthermore, it participates in a number of communications related to the overall project planning,the whole work of device configuration,engineering construction and other projects.But at the same time,with the development of enterprises, it also exposes many problems of team management in the communication enterprise basic level.This paper firstly explores the disadvantages under analysis of the achievement of HuBei China Mobile Communications Technology Engineering Co., Ltd at present.Then it draw on the excellent foreign team-building experience to analysis that we should improve and promote the system construction, structure optimization,team leader training, in order to strengthen modern communication enterprise group construction, management level and enhance company competition ability.At the same time,this paper points out to make a plan of team construction scheme optimization through review the "type five" team,select the train outstanding team leader,strengthening the team construction of culture and other plans. In order to improve the communication enterprise team building and management level,build excellent employer group.
