【摘要】 女大学生宿舍人际关系因其在交往空间上的相对封闭性和交往时间上的频繁性而成为女大学生人际关系中最普遍、最直接和最重要的人际关系之一。然而,女大学生群体所具有的独特性使女大学生宿舍人际关系往往存在较多的矛盾和问题。特别是近年来,我国高校女大学生中因不良宿舍人际关系而导致的自杀事件、恶性事件的时有发生则更凸显了女大学生宿舍人际关系研究的必要性和重要性。笔者采用自编《女大学生宿舍人际关系调查问卷》对武汉地区6所高校的600名全日制本科女大学生进行了问卷调查,并使用自编《女大学生宿舍人际关系访谈提纲》访谈了20名全日制本科女大学生,调查发现当前我国女大学生宿舍人际关系状况总体上比较和谐。从宏观的维度来看,女大学生宿舍人际关系可分为和谐互助型、客气友好型、独立分散型、冷漠隔阂型和矛盾冲突型五大类。部分女大学生宿舍中存在着小团体、冷战、漠视交往等问题。笔者认为,女大学生自身的独特性与心理不成熟加剧了宿舍人际矛盾。高校教学内容、宿舍文化与管理制度建设滞后影响了对女大学生宿舍人际关系问题的疏导。家庭不当的教养方式和片面的成才观制约了女大学生良好人际交往能力的形成。市场经济、多元思潮的负面效应在一定程度上影响了女大学生正确人际交往观的确立。和谐的宿舍人际关系能给女大学生带来归属感和幸福感,对女大学生的健康成长和成才具有重要意义。构建和谐女大学生宿舍人际关系不仅需要女大学生努力克服自身不足,不断完善自己,掌握人际交往知识与技能；高校完善教学内容与管理制度建设,构建和谐女大学生宿舍文化；还需要家长积极营建和谐家庭氛围,改变不良的教养方式和片面的成才观以及全社会大力弘扬集体主义价值观,帮助女大学生形成正确的人际交往观。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interpersonal relationship among female roommates in college students’ dormitories is the most common, direct and important relations to girls in college, because of it is relatively closed and frequent at interaction of time and space. However, the uniqueness with female students have brought about more contradictions and problems on interpersonal relationship among roommates. Especially in recent years, suicides and serious incidents of female students in colleges had frequently happened due to bad interpersonal relationships among roommates that have more highlighting the necessity and importance of research on the interpersonal relationship among female roommates in college students’dormitories.In this paper, I found that female students’dormitory interpersonal relationships are generally harmonious by surveyed600and interviewed20full-time undergraduate female students of six universities in Wuhan that used Self-made investigate questionnaire and interview outline of interpersonal relationship among female roommates in college students’dormitories. In generally, the relationships of female roommates can be divided into help each other and harmonious type, friendly and polite type, decentralized and independent type, alienated and apathetic type and conflictive and contradictive type. Problems of the small groups, cold war, ignoring association and so on exist in some female dormitories.I believes that the uniqueness and psychological immaturity of female students are exacerbated interpersonal contradictions and conflicts of roommates. The lags of content of college teaching, dormitory culture and management system construction affect to ease the interpersonal problems of female roommates. Inappropriate ways of family education and the one-sided view of the talent from parents affect the female students to form good interpersonal skills. Negative effects of the socialist market economy and diverse cultural thoughts influence the establishment of the female students correct interpersonal concept to a certain extent.Harmonious interpersonal relationships among roommates bring a sense of belonging and well-being to female students that has great significance for the healthy growth and success of female students. Building a harmonious interpersonal relationship among female roommates in college students’ dormitories requires not only the female students to strive to overcome their own shortcomings, and constantly improve themselves, to master the knowledge and skills of interpersonal relationship, colleges to improve and build teaching content, management system construction and harmonious culture of female students dormitory, but also need the parents to actively build a harmonious family atmosphere, changing the adverse rearing patterns and the one-sided view of the talent, and the whole society to vigorously promote the values of collectivism and to help female students to form the correct interpersonal interaction concept.更多还原
