莱芜市中学体育教师职业声望调查研究

【摘要】 中学阶段是学生身心发展的关键时期,中学教育在整个教育系统中起着承上启下的作用。体育教师作为基础教育中的体育课程的主要执行者,担负着重大的社会责任。要让高素质的体育专业人员选择从事中学体育教师这一工作、让在职的中学体育教师有更大的热情投入到本职工作,从而保证中学生的身心发展、提高青少年的健康水平,就必须要提高中学体育教师的职业地位研究中学体育教师的职业地位、职业声望,对中学体育教师的职业声望进行研究,不进有利于中学体育教师社会地位的提高,,也有利于青少年健康水平的提高和中学体育教师的专业化。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,就莱芜市中学体育教师的职业声望现状进行了调查,通过对影响中学体育教师职业声望的因素的分析,提出了提高莱芜市中学体育教师的职业声望的策略,研究结果表明:1、莱芜市中学体育教师中青年教师居多,学历基本达标,职称结构较为合理,对专业知识、普通知识和现代教育技术手段的掌握水平较好,在科研水平仍有明显欠缺。2、莱芜市中学体育教师对本职业的认同度不高,对本职业喜爱程度处于一般水平,对本职业的现状及其发展前景不太满意,工作强度偏大,大部分教师对工资水平不满意,职业态度较为端正。中学生家长对中学体育教师的认同度处于中等水平。3、莱芜市中学体育教师职业声望的影响因素主要有职业功能因素、职业环境因素、自身素质因素等。4、莱芜市中学体育教师职业声望的提高策略包括:重视学校体育的价值,弘扬体育精神,改善学校教育环境,自我提高等。

【Abstract】 The middle school stage is the key period of physical and mental development of students,secondary school education in the entire education system plays an important role in. Physicaleducation teachers as the elementary education in the physical education curriculum of the chiefexecutive, is shouldering the significant social responsibility. To make high-quality sportsprofessionals choose to engage in middle school physical education teacher this work, let in middleschool physical education teachers with greater passion into their work, so as to guarantee thestudents’ physical and mental development, improving the health of youth level, it must improvethe middle school PE teacher’s occupation status of middle school PE teacher’s occupation status,occupation reputation, prestige of middle school PE teacher ’s occupation was studied, not to themiddle school PE Teachers’ social status, but also conducive to improving, adolescent health andraising the level of the middle school PE teacher’s specialization.This article uses the literature material law, the expert interview law, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods, laiwu middle school physical educationteacher ’s occupation prestige status were investigated, through the influence of middle school PETeachers’ occupation prestige factors analysis, put forward to raise Laiwu city middle school PEteacher’s occupation Reputation Strategy, research results show:In1, Laiwu middle school physical education teachers in young and middle-aged teachersare the basic standards, qualifications, professional title structure more reasonable, professionalknowledge, general knowledge and the technological means of modern education level ofmastery is better, at the research level is still evident lack.In2, Laiwu middle school physical education teachers on the occupation recognition is nothigh, the affection degree Occupation in the general level of the occupation, the current situationand development prospect of less satisfaction, work intensity is bigger, most of them are notsatisfied with the salary level, occupation attitude is correct. Middle school students and theirparents on the middle school PE teacher’s identity is at the secondary level.In3, laiwu middle school physical education teacher occupation reputation the maininfluential factors are the occupation function factors, environmental factors, occupation oneselfquality factor.In4, Laiwu middle school physical education teacher occupation prestige enhancementstrategies include:the importance of school sports value, promote the spirit of physical education,improve school education environment, self improvement.
