【摘要】 信息咨询业作为一种综合性较强的高智力型产业，已经越来越多地渗透到人们生产和生活的方方面面，对广西的经济发展发挥着举足轻重的作用。但目前广西信息咨询业起步较晚，发展步伐较慢，有必要从广西信息咨询业的行业分布、互联网和信息产业的发展对信息咨询业的影响、信息化建设服务经济社会等方面对广西信息咨询业的现状做一整体描述，从而找出其发展过程中存在的问题和发展的特点。先用区域比较分析、信息不对称分析进行理论分析，并用SWOT分析法分析了广西信息咨询的优劣，最终指出发展广西信息咨询业的一些措施：区政府要给予高度重视，并放宽政策、加大扶持力度；构建信息咨询信誉评价体系来规范信息咨询活动；注重人才的培养和培训；创新服务领域、服务形象和服务手段；构建学习型的组织结构，灵活运用营销策略和手段，完善信息咨询市场机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a more integrated intelligence-based industries, Informationconsulting industry have increasingly penetrated into all aspects ofpeople’s production and life, and played a pivotal role in the economicdevelopment of Guangxi. Because Guangxi information consultingindustry started later and develop slower, so it is necessary to do anoverall description of the status of Guangxi information consultingindustry, which include in industry distribution of the informationconsulting industry in Guangxi, on the influence of informationconsulting industry of Internet and the development of informationindustry, information technology service economic and social, in order toidentify problems in its development process and development. Firstly,use regional comparative analysis and information asymmetric analysis todo theoretical analyze, and use SWOT analysis to analyze the advantagesand disadvantages of Guangxi information consulting, ultimately indicateSome measures of the development of Guangxi Information Industry: thedistrict government should given high priority, and to relax the policy,and increasing support；build the reputation of Information evaluationsystem to standardize the information activities；focus on personneltraining；innovate service areas, service image and service means；to builda learning-oriented organizational structure, flexible use of marketingstrategies and means, improve the Information consulting marketmechanism.更多还原
