“状元村”的教育人类学考察

【摘要】 国内对农村教育发展的研究汗牛充栋,可是对状元村的教育却很少有人进行研究。对岭南状元村——不孤村进行调查研究,可以填补农村教育研究的薄弱之处。探究状元村形成的原因,可以为农村教育发展提供一个参考案例。依据教育人类学的选择性同化策略理论和主位客位研究方法,对不孤村的家庭教育、学校教育、社区教育进行全方面考察,最终把研究的归宿点集中到传统文化和现代教育的关系上来。在多元文化共存的社会背景下,不孤村重教崇学的传统文化促进村庄教育发展在传统文化的作用下,村民们重视现代教育,发展现代教育,正确处理民族文化和主流文化之间的差异,让多元文化得到和谐共生。不孤村是中国新农村建设和农村教育发展的一个参考样本。

【Abstract】 The development of rural education research is extremely rich, but the researches of champion village are not rare. To make research of the Ling Nan champion village—Bugu village what could fill the rural education weakness. Explore champion village reasons what could provides a reference case for the rural education development. On the basis of the Anthropology of education selective assimilation strategy theory and emic and etic approach, the village of family education, school education, community education in all aspects. In the end of this research, the focus shifts onto the relationship between traditional culture and modern education relations. In the multicultural society background, the education concept of Bugu village traditional culture what promote to the village education development. In the role of traditional culture, the villagers pay attention to modern education and development modern education. They correct handling the nation’s culture and mainstream culture differences. The multicultural can harmonious symbiosis. The Bugu village is sample of new rural construction and rural education development reference in China.
