循环水泵房进水前池水流特性和几何尺寸优化

【摘要】 进水前池是泵房流道取水工程的重要组成部分,为取水流道提供良好的水流流态,使水流在前池内整流、袒化,保证循环水泵房吸水室内水流均匀,从而达到循环水泵正常运行时所需要的取水条件。循环水泵房进水前池水流的流态,对于水泵能否正常的工作,提高水泵的运行效率以及延长水泵的使用寿命具有重大的作用。但是,在实际的工程项目当中,由于受到场地的限制,资金的限制等问题,泵站的进水前池长度往往不能按照理想的尺寸进行设计,水流在进水前池中就会出现偏流、旋涡、脱壁回流等不良的水流现象,从而对吸水室内的水流造成影响,因此,了解进水前池尺寸对水流流态的影响就显得十分重要。本文结合某电站循环水泵房进水流道设计,按照重力相似的原则,建立了泵站进水流道的物理模型,并选取五组不同的前池长度作为一个系列进行试验研究,得出了满足水流流态条件的最佳前池长度,提出了进水前池的控制尺寸。同时,本文建立了基于RNG k-ε模式的进水流道三维水流模型,利用已有的物理模型试验资料对所建立的数学模型进行了验证计算,得出的结果表明所建立的数学模型具有良好的模拟能力,可以进行相关的扩展研究。在此基础上进行前池扩散角优化的数值模拟研究,通过对不同扩散角下前池水流流态的计算,获得了进水前池内部三维流动特性,分析了在不同扩散角下,满足水流条件的最佳前池长度,提出了不同扩散角下前池长度的判定标准,为类似的工程项目设计提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 The intake forebay of the pump station is an important part of circulating water system,provide a good flow pattern for the pump station? to ensure the flow uniform in the Water-obsorbing room of circulating water pump room, reach water conditions of of pump normal operation. Water flowing state of the intake forebay of the pump station is very important in water pump can work normally, improve the efficiency of the pump and extend the service life of the pump.However,in the practical engineering projects, due to some restrictions, such as the problem of funds and the problems of the restrictions,the intake forebay of the pump station can not be designed according to the size of the ideal,the adverse flow patterns occur easily in the fore bay,such as bias current,circumfluence which gose out of wall and vortices,which can affect the flow pattern in suction chamber.So,it is very important for understand the effects of previous pool size water flow regime.Combined with a power inlet circulating water pump design, according to the principle of gravity similar, Establish the pumping station of inlet physical model, and selection of different groups of five previous pool length, as a series of tests, Obtains the best pool length of Meet flow condition, The proposed control size of The intake forebay of the pump station.In order to compared with the physical model experiment verification results, this paper established the3d flow model based on RNG k-ε model, use has some physical model test data to verify calculation of the established mathematical model. The results show that the established mathematical model has good simulation ability, can the expansion of the related research. Based on the progress of numerical simulation about the diffusion angle of anterior pool optimization numerical simulation, through to the flow regime calculation about different diffusion angle in the the intake forebay of the pump station, get the flow characteristics of3d in the he intake forebay of the pump station, analyzes the situations of different diffusion angle, best pool length of meet flow condition, proposed to judge the standard of pool length of different diffusion angle, provide a reference basis for similar engineering, through the experiment with the existing results, show that the calculation results are reliable.
