基于VS2005的电能质量监测管理系统的研究

【摘要】 在现代社会中,电能是一种最为广泛使用的能源,随着社会主义市场经济建设越来越完善,电力生产也需要适应市场经济的发展,面对生产生活中的各种电能质量问题,为了减少不合格电能质量带来的电力纠纷和其给用户造成的经济损等,因此有必要对电能质量进行监测,进而监管。本文研究的内容是山西省科技厅科技基金资助项目“电能质量监测装置的研究”(200611032)的主要内容之一,是针对当今日益复杂的电能质量问题而提出的新课题。论文首先阐述了电能质量与电能计量相关的国家标准和行业标准,然后简单介绍了前置单元中硬件的配置,在此基础上提出了基于VS2005环境下的设计方案,然后从软件角度详细介绍了电能监测系统的开发研究过程。硬件中介绍了CPU与A/D芯片的选取、数据采集模块、数据通信模块以及数据存储模块的主要实现过程与功能;根据硬件条件,基于VS2005环境下的设计方案采用模块化的设计思路,对数据模块、通信模块、数据库模块以及PQDIF文件在系统中的应用进行详细设计;另外本文着重从加窗FFT的算法上描述了对谐波、间谐波的测量,然后用C#与MATLAB的混合编程技术实现算法流程,这一技术充分发挥了C#图形界面编程处理、发送控制信息的优越性,以及MATLAB强大的信号处理功能。另外与SQL数据库协调运作,发挥各自的优势,这就能使软件的开发周期能大大缩短,使开发研究更有效率。同时本文辅之以大量的算法仿真实例和网站图片,形象直观地评测了算法精度和平台的可操作性。根据整体设计思路,搭建出以B/S(Browser/Server)为架构的电能质量监测平台,提供历史数据查询,波形图形查询,电能质量分析结果查询,以及PQDIF格式数据查询的功能。本文的研究工作为电能质量监测做了理论和实际方面的分析与进一步应用,对电能质量的研究以及电能质量监测市场的发展具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文Electricity has been considered one of the widely applied energy in modern society. Along with the socialist market economy construction becoming more and more perfect, power production also needs to adapt to the development of market economy. At the same time, it is of necessity to monitor and supervise the power quality in order to decrease the inconvenience and economic loss that caused by the various power quality problems. The project in the thesis is one of important part of " The study of power quality monitoring device " supported by the technology fund of The Shanxi Science and Technology Department, which is proposed to the increasingly complex power quality problems at present. Power quality monitoring system based on VS2005platform is developed for this purpose.The relevant national standards and the industry standards of the power quality have been introduced in the thesis. Then preamplifier unit in hardware configuration that the VS2005platform design based on has been stated. Finally the software perspective of detailed power quality monitoring system development process has been set forth.As in Hardware, it includes the selection of CPU and A/D chip, the data acquisition module, a data communication module and data storage module main realization process and function. According to the hardware conditions, the design adopts modularized design idea which based on the VS2005platform. The data module, communication module, database module and the PQDIF file in the system has been designed in detail; In addition, the windowed FFT algorithm has been mainly introduced about the harmonic, interharmonic measurement by C#and Matlab mixed programming technology. This technology give full play to the C#graphical interface programming processing, transmission control information superiority, as well as Matlab powerful signal processing functions. Besides, in coordination with the SQL databases, it is believed that the developing period of the software can be greatly shortened which contributes to the efficiency of the research development. At the same time, this paper is complemented by a large number of simulation examples and pictures, so visually evaluation algorithm the precision and the platform operable. According to the overall design ideas, set up to B/S based power quality monitoring platform which provides historical data query, waveform graph query, power quality analysis results query and PQDIF format data query function.This paper has provided the analysis of the power quality monitoring in terms of the theoretical and practical aspects. Also, further applications have been implied in the research that is certain to exert significant influence on the market development of power quality.
