煤氧化热解过程中氢气生成的规律的研究

【摘要】 煤炭自燃引发的火灾是煤矿主要的重大灾害之一,矿井内煤炭自燃一直是制约我国煤炭工业发展的重要因素,也是对工作人员生命造成威胁的主要灾害。为了能够及时有效得指导矿井灭火,那么最关键的在于对井下煤炭自然发火的早期预测以及预报。长期以来各个产煤国家通过现场以及实验研究都得出了能够预测预报煤炭自燃的标志性气体。近年来美国、澳大利亚等国家的一些学者提出氢气也可作为预报煤层自燃发火的指标气体。尤其是在认为已熄灭的或者将要启封的火区内进行侦查或修复工作时尤其重要,H2的出现可能预示着复燃。为了研究不同煤种氢气的生成规律及与温度的关系,本文进行了不同煤种的煤氧化升温实验,从而追踪不同煤种氢气的生成规律以及其随温度的变化趋势。本文通过选取晋城窑平煤矿的无烟煤、山煤长春兴煤矿的长焰煤以及山煤恒兴煤矿的肥煤这三种变质程度不同的煤进行氧化升温实验研究,从而得出三种不同的煤种氢气随温度变化的趋势以及规律。并通过灰色关联度分析法得出不同煤种氢气生成规律的关联性。以及变质程度对其生成规律的影响。通过对一缘煤矿在灭火后火区封闭后现场温度气体的监测,研究了一缘煤矿井火灾的H2和CO的关系并把两者结合起来通过拟合曲线以及两者的差值比值比较来分析火区动态,为现场灭火提供了依据。其次在改变氧化升温实验时条件(煤样粒径、升温速率、空气流量)的情况下对三种煤进行了实验,并通过实验结果的对比得出条件的改变并不能改变氢气的生成规律及趋势,只是在条件改变的情况下相同温度条件下氢气的生成量会有所变化。

【Abstract】 Fires caused by spontaneous combustion of coal is one of the major disasters in the major coal mine, spontaneous combustion of coal within the mine has been an important factor restricting the development of China’s coal industry, but also pose a threat to the lives of the staff.In order to be able to timely and effective guidance to mine fire-fighting,then the most critical is the early prediction and forecasting of spontaneous combustion of underground coal.For a long time in various coal-producing countries through on-site as well as experimental studies have come to the sign gas to predict the spontaneous combustion of coal.In recent years some scholars in the United States,Australia and other countries have proposed the hudrogen can be used as indicators gas forecast coal seam spontaneous combustion.Especially in the investigation or repair work in the fire district that has gone out of or to be unsealed is particularly important when the emergence of hydrogen could signal a resurgence.In order to study the different coals hydrogen generation law and temperature,this article through the different coal oxidation temperature experiments in order to track the different coals hydrogen formation law and its variation with temperature trends.Select the anthracite of the Jincheng yaoping coal,long flame coal of chang chun xing coal and fat coal of the heng xing coal these three different metamorphic grade coal for oxidation temperature experimental study, to arrive at three diffrernt kinds of coal of hydrogen varies with temperature trends and laws.Through to the Grey Relational Analysis to come to the relevance of different coal hydrogen generation law.Site monitoring of the temperature of gas after extinguishing the coal mines in the fire area closure,studied the relationship between the hydrogen and carbon monoxide of the yiyuan coal well fire.And the two combined to analyze the zone dynamic by the difference and the ratio of the fitting curve for two gases and provides a basis for the Live Fire.Three coal experiments in the case of change of oxidation temperature experimental conditions(coal particle size,heating rate,air flow), Through the comparision of experimental results obtained conditions change does not change the hydrogen generated rules and trends.Hydrogen production will change in the conditions change under the same temperature conditions.
