双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮动态特性试验与研究

【摘要】 重载商用卡车驱动桥现在多采用传统单级驱动桥。其齿轮副多使用格里森制式弧齿锥齿轮,由于格里森弧齿锥齿轮传动是收缩齿制且凸凸齿面接触,接触强度较低,难以满足现代重型汽车承载能力高和使用寿命长的要求。本论文将探讨双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮应用到驱动桥中可能性,利用双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮是等高齿制且凸凹齿面接触,其接触强度高的特点,在保证驱动桥承载能力的前提下,延长驱动桥锥齿轮的使用寿命,满足单级桥的使用要求。双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮应用到重卡驱动桥中需要对承载能力和动态特性两方面进行研究,其承载能力在煤矿刮板输送机圆弧齿廓减速器研究中已经得到了验证。因此本论文主要对双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮副的动态特性,尤其是从跑合、振动和噪声三方面进行分析和研究。论文以齿轮啮合原理为基础,从双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的设计原理出发,对双圆弧齿形参数在刀具设计与加工中的影响进行了理论推导;通过试验对其跑合性能进行了研究并提出了有效跑合方法;通过格里森和双圆弧两种弧齿锥齿轮副的动态特性对比试验,对双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的动态性能进行了比较深入的研究。本文主要完成了以下研究工作:1)针对双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮可以灵活设计齿形参数的特点,结合具体工况,从有利于跑合、长寿命等角度对齿形参数选择趋势进行研究,提出基于跑合理论的齿形参数设计范围;2)根据双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮与格里森锥齿轮加工方法的特点,结合实际情况,对双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的加工刀齿齿形进行探讨和选取;3)提出试验方案并搭建了试验台,进行了双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的跑合试验,对影响跑合的因素进行研究;4)通过格里森弧齿锥齿轮动态特性试验和双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮动态特性的对比试验,利用小波和小波包分析法对试验数据进行详细地分析比较,得到了跑合前后双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的动态特性。

【Abstract】 Heavy truck drive axle now uses the traditional single stage drive axle. At present, the main driving axle gear reducer is using the Gleason system of spiral bevel gears, with Gleason spiral bevel gear transmission is a convex tooth contact, contact intensity is low, difficult to meet the needs of modern heavy duty truck high bearing capacity and long service life requirement. This paper will discuss the application of double circular arc spiral bevel gear drive the possibility of using the bridge, double circular arc spiral bevel gear meshing surface contact, contact characteristics of high strength, in ensuring the driving axle bearing capacity under the premise of bevel gear of driving axle, extended service life, meet the requirements of the use of single bridge. Double circular arc spiral bevel gear is applied to heavy truck drive axle of the need for bearing capacity and dynamic characteristics of two aspects of research, its bearing capacity in the coal mine scraper conveyer reducer of circular arc tooth profile has been verified. So the thesis of double circular arc spiral bevel gear’s dynamic characteristics, especially from the running-in, vibration and noise in three aspects carries on the analysis and research.Based on the principle of gear engagement as the foundation, from the double circular arc spiral bevel gear design principle, the double circular arc tooth profile parameters on cutting tool design and processing effects are theoretically derived; through the test on the running-in properties were studied and put forward the effective running method; by Gleason and double arc two arc bevel gear dynamic characteristics contrast test, the double circular arc spiral bevel gear dynamic performance is studied.This paper mainly completed the following research work:1) In view of double circular arc spiral bevel gear tooth profile parameters can be flexibly design features, combined with the specific condition, benefit from running, long life of tooth profile parameters selection trend of research, based on the theory of running parameter of tooth shape design;2) According to the double circular arc spiral bevel gear and Gleason bevel gear processing method of characteristics, combined with the actual situation, the double circular arc spiral bevel gear cutter tooth profile are discussed and the selection;3) Put forward the test plan and build the test bench, the double circular arc spiral bevel gear running-in test, influence factor on the run;4) Through the Gleason spiral bevel gear dynamic characteristics test and double circular arc spiral bevel gear dynamic characteristics contrast test, using wavelet and wavelet packet analysis has been made on the test data in detail, has been running in front of double circular arc spiral bevel gear dynamic characteristics.
