钢管混凝土外加强环节点受力性能及有效宽度分析

【摘要】 伴随着钢结构在我国三十多年的发展,钢管混凝土结构以兼有钢材和混凝土的优点,在近十年里得到了大力的发展,并取得了较大的经济效益,同时从我国目前的国情来看,钢管混凝土结构也必将成为一个重要发展趋势。在钢管混凝土结构中,钢管混凝土外加强环节点作为一种常用的节点形式,得到了工程中的广泛应用。外加强环板通常与梁翼缘焊接,因而梁端弯矩主要是通过等效转化为梁翼缘上的拉力传递给加强环板,进而传递到柱肢及核心混凝土上,而对于加强环板与钢管共同作用的有效宽度,即梁端翼缘上的拉力是通过柱肢内多大宽度范围内的环板宽度传递到环管上的,国外规范由于材料质量、荷载取值及施工条件上和国内有很大差异只能作为参考,而国内规程中虽明确定义一般工业与民用建筑能作为参考,但是否适用还需大量实践和理论的研究和对比,同时加之近年来钢-混凝土结构厂房的柱网为满足各种生产需求在不断加大,使得一些外加强环节点的规格不再满足规范、规程中的要求,寻求适合该类型结构的节点环板计算方法为相关规范的制定、修改提供参考也是非常必要的,基于上述背景,本文结合国内外研究成果,通过某一实际工程对环管的有效宽度的取值进行了弹塑性阶段的探讨,1、运用超静定结构学传统理论,采用“柱比法”计算了环管在单向拉力作用下的内力分布,对环管的应力分布及危险截面有了大致的了解,验证目前规范对有效宽度取值过于保守。2、为突出外加强环节点的优点,本文建立了简单连接的节点并与其比较,从极限承载力上说明其优越性。3、采用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对工程中实际采用的钢管混凝土外加强环节点进行单向加载静力仿真试验分析,得到外加强环节点环板的受力性能,同时得出柱肢是否参与加强环板传力过程。4、通过采用不同钢管壁厚研究外加强环节点的破坏特征,为后续有效宽度取值研究提供合理的钢管径厚比。5、通过采用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对节点进行低周往复荷载下的伪动力仿真试验,主要研究环板宽度对节点动力性能的影响,并对其进行定量分析,为后续有效宽度取值研究提供合理的环板宽厚比。6、利用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件分别对影响环管有效宽度的因素(环板宽度、环板厚度、柱肢直径、柱肢管壁厚)进行了参数分析,对所得到的数据进行回归分析,得到该类结构厂房有效宽度取值的计算方法。7、将本文计算方法与现有的相应规范、规程进行对比,验证了具有一定的参考价值,同时从构造方面扩大了适用范围,为最终建立作为类似结构节点设计时有效宽度取值的计算方法提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of steel structures in30years, concrete-filled steel tube structure with the advantages of steel and concrete has developed, and made great economic benefits; meanwhile, concrete-filled steel tube structure will become an trend from the situation of our country.In concrete-filled steel tube structure, external stiffening ring joint, as a kind of common joint, applise widely for engineering. The stiffening ring usually connects with beam flange, so bending moment is mainly transformed into tension loaded to the stiffening ring, then distributed to column limb and concrete. The value of effective width of looping pipe, how long the column limb can work with the stiffening ring, can be used as a reference, on the one hand, it has great differences between domestic and foreign in the quality of materials、the values of load and construction condition; on the other hand, domestic regulations defineded that it can be used as a reference for general industry and civil buildings, but whether it can be used still need a lot of practice and theory researches, and in recently years, column network of the workshop has became so large for meeting the requirements of production that specification of exterior stiffening ring can not accord with code and regulations, so it is essential for seeking the calculation method applied for the design of the stiffening ring joint in this structure in order to provide reference for the related code. Based on the background, the paper explored the value of effective width of looping pipe in elastic-plastic stage through a project, according to the study situation of domestic and international,1、Internal force of looping pipe is caculated using column analogy of statically indeterminate theory, and have an overall understand on the distribution of the stress and dangerous sections, finally, it is shown that validation rules for the value of effective width is too conservative.2、For outstanding advantages of external stiffening rings joint, this paper establishes a simple connected joint compared with exterior stiffening ring joint from their ultimate bearing capacity.3、Exterior stiffening ring joint of concrete-filled steel tube structure is tested through uniaxial load using simulation experiment of ANSYS, and mechanical behavior of exterior stiffening ring joint can be seen, finally, it is a fact that the column limb can work with the stiffening ring.4、Failure characteristic of exterior stiffening ring joint with different wall-thickness is studied for supplying reasonable diameter-to-thickness ratio.5、Simulation experiment of ANSYS on exterior stiffening ring joint of concrete-filled steel tube structure under cyclic loading is done for studying the effect of the value of width of stiffening ring on dynamic behavior of exterior stiffening ring joint, and it can supply reasonable ratio of width to thickness.6、Parameter analysis (width stiffening ring, thickness, diameter, wall thickness) on the value of effective width is done, and regression analysis of the data is also done for getting the calculation method applied for the design of stiffening ring joint in this structure.7、Comparing existing formula with the calculation method proposed by the paper, the paper verifies the validity of the calculation method, and the calculation method provided reference for the design of stiffening ring joint in this structure enlarges the scope of application about structure.
