六种中药不同炮制方法和活性成分含量变化分析

Research Different Processing Methods of Six Kinds of Chinese Traditional Medicines and Analyse Thecontent Change of the Active Components

【摘要】 本篇论文共有三章组成,第一章研究了几种中药的炮制方法,对几种中药进行了炮制。计算不同炮制方法的产率。第二章采用HPLC法测定了茜草及其不同炮制品中大叶茜草素的含量,卷柏及其不同炮制品中穗花杉双黄酮的含量。第三章对中药炮制过程中存在的问题进行了综述。第一章几种中药的炮制方法研究本章主要研究了茜草、卷柏、丹参、决明子、补骨脂、荷叶六种中药的炮制方法。采用不同的炮制方法进行炮制,计算炮制产率。第二章HPLC法测定两种植物及其炮制品中活性成分的含量本章采用HPLC法测定了茜草生品及其不同炮制品中大叶茜草素的含量,卷柏生品及其不同炮制品中穗花杉双黄酮的含量。茜草生品及其不同炮制品中大叶茜草素含量的测定:采用Purospher STARRP-18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-四氢呋喃(90-9.3-0.7);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:250nm;柱温:25℃。茜草生品中大叶茜草素的含量为0.52%,炒茜草为1.07%,茜草炭为0.66%。不同的炮制方法对大叶茜草素的含量产生不同的影响。卷柏生品及其不同炮制品中穗花杉双黄酮含量的测定:采用Shim-packVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(65:35);流速:0.8mL/min;检测波长:337nm;柱温:25℃。卷柏生品中穗花杉双黄酮的含量为0.84%,焦卷柏为1.07%,卷柏炭为0.53%。不同的炮制方法对穗花杉双黄酮的含量产生不同的影响。第三章中药炮制中存在的问题本章对中药炮制中的一些问题进行了综述。

【Abstract】 This paper is composed of three chapters. Chapter I, Research processing methods of severalkinds of Chinese traditional medicines. Chapter II, Determination of mollugin contents in Rubia.cordifolia L and different processed products and determination of amentoflavone contents inSelaginella tamariscina(Beauv.)Spring and different processed products by HPLC. Chapter III,Summarized problem of Chinese traditional medicines precessing.Chapter Ⅰ. Research processing methods of several kinds of Chinese traditionalmedicines.Processing Chinese traditional medicines of R. cordifolia, S. tamariscina, Salvia miltiorrhizaBge, Cassia obtusifolia L, Psoralea corylifolia Land Nelumbo nucifera leave. Production rate ofdifferent precessed products were calculated.Chapter Ⅱ. Determination of active ingredients of two kinds of traditionalChinese medicine by HPLCDetermination of mollugin contents in R.cordifolia and different processed products.TheHPLC system consisted of Purospher star RP-C18column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) at25℃,MeOH-H2O-tetrahydropyrane (90:9.3:0.7) mixture as mobile phase, detection wavelength at250nm, flow rate of1.0ml/min. The mollugin contents in R. cordifolia and different processed products separately for0.52%,1.07%and0.66%respectively.Determination of amentoflavone contents in S. tamariscina and different processed products.The HPLC system consisted of Shim-pack VP-ODS column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) at25℃,MeOH-0.1%phosphoric acid (65:35) mixture as mobile phase, detection wavelength at337nm,flow rate of0.8mL/min.
