差异性师生互动研究

【摘要】 近年来,学生个体差异在教育理论和实践领域备受关注。学生个体差异作为一种客观存在,具有重要的教育教学价值。但在教学实践中,有些师生互动却忽视了学生个体差异的存在,致使部分学生的发展受到阻碍。新一轮课程改革与教学改革也大力倡导师生在教学过程中积极互动、共同发展,因此,在互动过程中要关注全体学生发展的需要。如何在师生互动中照顾学生个体间差异并使不同层次的学生都得到最大限度的发展,本文试图对这一问题进行探究。差异性师生互动作为师生互动的一种类型,在互动过程中关注了学生个体间差异,将学生个体差异转化为促进学生发展的有利因素。差异性师生互动是指为达到某一特定的教学目标,依据学生原有的个体差异,教师与学生之间进行弹性的、多层次的、有差异的对话与沟通,从而促进学生个体在原有基础上得到充分发展一个动态过程。除引论外,本研究主要从以下四个部分进行探讨:第一部分,差异性师生互动的内涵解读。在对学生个体差异及师生互动深入理解的基础上,指出差异性师生互动是尊重学生个体差异、促进学生差异性发展的过程,并对差异性师生互动的特征进行分析和介绍;第二部分,主要从以下四点论述了差异性师生互动的教育价值:有利于全体学生的差异发展;促进教师专业不断成长;提高学校教学质量;培养社会所需的多元化人才。第三部分,教学实践中差异性师生互动现状审视。在教学实践中,有些师生互动促进了学生的差异性发展,而有的师生互动在某种程度上阻碍了部分学生的发展。本研究选取了几个经典教学案例对其进行深入对比与分析,并找出阻碍学生差异发展的师生互动现象存在的原因;第四部分,差异性师生互动的实施。这部分主要论述了差异性师生互动的实施原则、流程及实施路径,以及如何保障差异性师生互动的顺利实施。总之,差异性师生互动关注了学生个体差异,在互动过程中依据学生差异进行有差别的互动,满足了不同层次学生的需要,促进了学生个体在原有基础上获得差异性发展。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the students’ individual differences cause great concern in education theory and practicefield.As an objective existence, the students’ individual differences has important teaching value. But in theteaching practice, some of the teacher-student interaction neglected the students’ individual differences,resultingin the development of some students to be hindered.the New Curriculum Reform also strongly advocates thatteachers and students should be interaction actively and common development in the teaching process,so weshould pay more attention to the development needs of all the students in interactive process.How to take care ofstudent’s individual differences and make students in different levels to be fully developed,this study attempts toexplore this issue.As a type of teacher-student interaction, the differentiated teacher-student interaction pay more and moreattention to the students’ individual differences in interactive process and transform from thestudents’differences to a favorable factor for students’ development. the differentiated teacher-studentinteraction is a dynamic process. It is a differential and multilevel interaction based on students’ originalindividual differences between the teachers and students in order to promote each student the full develop-mentof the interaction based on their original levels.Addition to the introduction,this study is to explore from the following four parts: The first part is theinterpretation of the differentiated teacher-student interaction’s connotation.It points out the differentiatedteacher-stduent interaction is a process of respect students’individual differences and promote the differentialdevelopment for the students based on the in-depth understanding of students’differences and teacher-studentinteraction,and analyze the characteristics of the differentiated teacher-student interaction; The second part ismainly discuss the educational value of the differentiated teacher-student interaction from the following fourpoints:differences in development that is conducive to all students; to promote the teaching profession tocontinue to grow; to improve the quality of school teaching; cultivate the diversified skills of communityneeds.The third part is the present situation survey of the differentiated teacher-stduent interaction.In teachingpractice,some teacher-student interaction has promote the differential development of students,but in someextent other teacher-student interaction hinder the development of some students.This study select some classicteaching case, by contrast and analyze it in-depth,and to find out the reasons of the teacher-student interactionwhich is hinder the differential development of the students.The last part is the implementation of thedifferentiated teacher-student interaction.In this part,it mainly discusses the principles,procedures and paths of the implementation of the differentiated teacher-student interaction,and how to ensure the implementation of thedifferentiated teacher-student interaction smoothly.In a word, the differentiated teacher-student interaction is concerned about the students’ individualdifference,differential interaction based on student diversity in an interactive process and to meet the needs ofstudents in different levels,to promote students’ individual differences development based on the original.
