【摘要】 河南是中华民族的发祥地之一，至今仍是一个农业大省和人口大省，土地资源开发利用的广度与深度已达相当水平，利用程度较高，开发强度和密度较大。除了养活一亿河南人外，还为了保证国家的粮食安全做出了重大的贡献，同时还保障了城市和农村交通、能源、水利、通讯等基础设施建设用地的需求。但是随着工业化和城市化的快速推进，经济社会发展对土地资源的需求进一步增加，需求与资源有限供给之间的矛盾也日益突出。因此，依据河南省最新土地利用现状数据，研究不同区域土地使用效率，为实现全省土地经济密度的最优化从而促进土地资源合理利用，实现土地可持续利用。协调人口、资源、环境与经济发展的关系，是河南省推行“三化协调”发展急待探讨的重大课题。本文拟通过总结国内外关于土地经济密度的相关内容，以河南省为对象，对其土地经济密进行分析，找到其土地经济密度的分布规律，探讨其规律的形成机制，只有充分了解和掌握影响河南省土地经济密度的驱动力，才能为河南省土地经济密度的提高提供理论支持，实现经济快速、可持续的发展。第一部分是引言。主要介绍论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究对象、研究内容、研究所采用的研究方法、研究思路与研究框架等。这一部分给出了本文选题的依据，选取哪些方法对论文进行实证分析。土地经济密度的定义及其理论依据。土地经济密度最早是以单位土地的产出为研究主题，而地租理论是最早考虑土地的经济产出。然后分别从区位理论、可持续发展理论和土地报酬递减规律介绍了土地利用方式与其经济产出的关系。第二部分是河南省土地经济密度分布的特征，首先河南省土地经济密度总体在全国的分布地位，通过数据可以看出，河南省土地经济密度总体处于第五位，但是在全国土地经济密度普遍偏低的情况下，河南省土地经济密度还有很大的提升空间；然后分析了河南省18省直辖(管)市10年间城市土地经济密度的变化，得到各市土地经济密度差异显著，10年间土地经济密度都有提高；最后分析了河南省县域土地经济密度，发现中原地区土地经济密度大于其他地区，经济密度有弱集聚现象，并利用ESDA，分析了县域土地经济密度的空间自相关性。第三部分是对河南省土地经济密度驱动力的定性与定量的分析。土地经济密度的提高，最终还是要体现在经济的增长，河南省还存在很多制约经济增长的因素，产业结构不合理，资源要素流通限制，城镇化水平不高等。所以要实现河南省土地经济密度的提高，就必须把各驱动因素充分协调，共同促进区域经济结构的优化、产业结构的协调、要素自由流通，实现区域快速发展。定量分析选取了2010年的数据，利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数，引入影响土地经济密度的各因素的具体指标的，建立回归模型，分析影响河南省土地经济密度的各驱动力的影响因子，确定主要影响因素。最后一章为河南省提高土地经济密度提出的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Henan is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation, and still is a big agricultural provinceand most populated province, the breadth and depth has reached a considerable level ofdevelopment and utilization of land resources, the use of a higher degree of developmentintensity and density.
