【摘要】 随着经济的发展，生活水平的提高和消费观念的改变，人们的生活方式也发生改变。在满足物质需求的同时，人们越来越崇尚休闲的、健康的生活方式，对旅游的需求也越来越强烈，传统的旅游方式已经不能满足于人们日益膨胀的需要，体育旅游以其能带给游客深刻体验的特点而深受人们的青睐。体育旅游已逐渐成为时尚，得到世界各国的重视。2001年2月22-23日，由世界旅游组织和国际奥委会联合主办的“世界体育与旅游大会”在西班牙的巴塞罗那市召开，体育旅游成为继生态旅游后又一旅游界关注的焦点。河南省自然和人文旅游资源丰富，发展条件得天独厚。近几年来，“焦作现象”、“栾川模式”、“西峡经验”等成功范例的出现，以及众多旅游精品的打造，给体育旅游业的发展提供了资源基础和成功经验。尤其是，北京奥运会和广州亚运会成功举办后，体育精神潜移默化地影响了人们的价值观和生活理念，人们对健康有了更新的诠释和体会，这为河南省发展体育旅游业提供了良好的契机和人文氛围。体育健身旅游成为人们所追求的旅游方式之一。河南省借此时机，大力发展体育旅游，丰富旅游形态，为实现旅游产业的可持续发展奠定了基础。本文首先阐述了体育旅游资源评价的研究背景和意义，理清研究思路和内容，确定研究方法和技术路线，然后通过对国内外关于体育旅游、旅游资源评价、体育旅游资源评价和旅游资源整合开发等方面的研究成果进行梳理，了解国内外相关研究进展，并引入体育旅游、体育旅游资源和旅游资源整合等基本概念，对体育旅游相关基础理论如共生理论、可持续发展理论、旅游地生命周期理论和“钻石理论”进行了阐述。以河南省体育旅游资源为研究对象，通过对河南省概况、体育旅游资源分类及开发现状的了解，并以此为基础，综合前人相关研究成果和体育旅游的特点，征询体育界、旅游界专家的意见和建议，选取合适的指标构建体育旅游资源评价指标体系，建立评价模型，采用层次分析法和模糊数学法，通过定性与定量相结合的手段，对河南省体育旅游资源进行综合评价，旨在为研究体育旅游提供理论依据。从评价结果可以看出，河南省体育旅游资源综合评价得分为7.4436，是三级体育旅游资源，属于优良等级。通过对评价结果分析和ASEB栅格分析，提出河南省体育旅游整合开发策略：整合空间布局，深度开发体育旅游资源；整合体育旅游产品，打造知名品牌；整合旅游地形象，提升区域竞争力；整合基础设施，完善旅游地服务体系；整合政府调控机制，促进体育旅游区域协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, the improvement of living level and the changes ofconsumption concept, the way of life is being changed. To satisfy the needs of material at the same time,more and more people are advocating the way of leisure and healthy life style. People to traveling demandare also more and more intense. the traditional travel way has been unable to satisfy people in the growingneed. Sports tourism with its participation and experience performance give tourists a profound experience,so it is favored by the favour of people. Sports tourism has gradually become fashionable and get theattention of the countries all over the world. February twenty-two and twenty-three in2001,"the world ofsports and tourism conference" organized by the world tourism organization and the international Olympiccommittee was held in Barcelona city in Spain, sports tourism is a focus of attention of the tourism industryfollowing the ecological tour.Natural and cultural traveling resources are rich in Henan province, the advantage ofdevelopment is superiority. In recent years, the development of the successful paradigm, such as "jiaozuophenomenon","luanchuan mode","xixia experience", and so many of the emergence of tourism products,which provide the resources foundation and successful experience for the development of sports tourism.Especially, after the Beijing Olympic Games and Guangzhou Asian games being held successfully, thespirit of sports exerts a subtle influence on people’s values and life concept. People have an update of theinterpretation and experience about health, which gives an opportunity and good humanistic atmosphere forthe development of sports tourism industry in Henan province. Sports fitness tourism becomes the people’s pursuit of travel means. That changing form the mass tourism to the sports fitness tourism laid thefoundation for realizing the sustainable development of tourism industry in Henan province.First of all, this paper expounds the resources background and meaning of sports tourismevaluation, clears the resources thinking and content, determines the research methods and technical line,afterwards, the paper combed the research achievements of the domestic and international on sports tourism,evaluation of tourism resources, evaluation of sports tourism resources and integration and development oftourism resources, and understood relevant research progress. The part introduced the sports tourism, sportstourism resources and tourism resource integration, and other basic concept, elaborated the basic theory onsports tourism, such as symbiotic theory, the sustainable development theory, lifecycle theory and"diamond theory". The article takes sports tourism resources in Henan province as the object of research. Itintroduced the general situation, classification of sports tourism resources and development condition ofHenan province, and based on this, comprehensive the results of previous related research and thecharacteristics of the sports tourism, consult the opinions and suggestions of experts in sports, tourismindustry. The part chose the suitable indexes to build the evaluation index system of sports tourismresources, established evaluation model and used analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method.It evaluated the sports tourism resources in Henan province through the qualitative and quantitative method,aim to provide the theory basis for the research of sports tourism. From the evaluation results we got thatthe sports tourism resources in Henan province got comprehensive evaluation score of7.4436, was thelevel3of sports tourism resources, which belonged to the excellent level. The article put forward thedevelopment strategy of sports tourism integration based on evaluation results and ASEB grid analysis inHenan province. Spatial layout is integrated while sports tourism resources is depth developed; sportstourism products is integrated while famous brand is created; tourist image is integrated while the regional competitiveness is promoted; the foundation facilities is integrated while tourist service system is improved;government regulation mechanism is integrated while the coordinated development of sports tourism areasis facilitated.更多还原
