【摘要】 随着紧张的医患关系现状与和谐社会构建愿景二者之间矛盾的出现,医务社会工作者以全新的职业姿态走进了社会大众的生活视野当中。医务社会工作对国民来说既是熟悉又是陌生的领域,熟悉是因为在我国上世纪20年代就出现过医务社会工作的萌芽,陌生是由于直到近几年,现代医务社会工作才在我国沿海发达城市真正发展起来。与我国短暂的医务社会工作发展历史相比,西方医务社会工作一直走在世界的前沿,我国地域内,也只有在港台地区才能看到医务社会工作者优秀服务的风采,而医务社会工作在大陆地区的社会关注程度和了解程度都非常低下。在医务社会工作服务领域,我国关于医务社会工作的理论研究也非常有限,至于医务社会工作的实务操作研究更是寥寥无几。本文主要通过运用描述性研究方法,以日月社会工作服务社的医务社会工作实务案例作为探讨对象,运用家庭功能理论和社会支持理论对个案问题进行分析,在说明医务社会工作实务操作过程的同时,探讨医务社会工作发展存在的问题及其相关对策,最后对医务社会工作者的角色功能作用进行总结,为我国的医务社会工作实务发展和理论研究提供相关参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As tensions doctor-patient relationship status and the construction of harmonious society outlook of contradictions appear, medical social workers to new career attitude into the people of the horizon of life. Medical social work on the national both familiar and unfamiliar territory, familiar with because our country in the early1920s appeared the medical affair social work bud and strange is because until recent years, modern medical social work just developed coastal cities in our country really developed. And a short medical social work development than history, western medical social work has been walking in front of the world, our country also only in Hong Kong and Taiwan regions to see medical social worker service of excellent elegant demeanour, in the mainland area the social from all walks of life to the medical affair social work pay attention to and understand is very deficient. In the medical affair social work services, our country about the medical affair social work theory research was also limited, as for the medical affair social work practice and research is very few. In this paper, through the use of the descriptive study of practical cases of medical social work of the Social Work Service in the sun and the moon as an object, use the theory of family functioning and social support theory to analyze the case the problem in the description of the practical operation of the medical social work process at the same timeexplore the development of medical social work problems and their countermeasures, and finally summarize the role of medical social workers function of reference of medical social work practice development and theoretical studies.更多还原
