从“新基础教育”视角看资深教师发展

【摘要】 长期以来,基础教育阶段的教师发展问题一直都被世界各国教育学者所广泛重视。在这个领域中,已经开展了一系列的理论或实证研究,也建立了很多的理论体系,取得了丰硕的成果。笔者曾在维普中文期刊数据库以“教师发展”为关键词进行检索,共得到2305条检索结果;但是,以“资深教师”为关键词进行检索时,却只得到了8条检索结果,其中有5条还是以报导、介绍国外相关经验为其内容的;以“资深教师发展”作为关键词来检索时,显示的检索结果数为0。这些数据可以从一定程度上证明目前的教师发展研究存在着下列局限性:第一,很多研究都是为了解决“新手教师的发展”这一问题而开展的,相比之下,对于“熟练教师”和“资深教师”的发展研究就显得比较少;第二,我国在教育学领域的研究曾经一度充斥着“拿来主义”的风气,一味地向国外学习,而不甚重视研究和发展基于本国实际的教育学理论,这一状况直到上世纪90年代初期才开始有所改善。因此,基于中国本土教育现实的教师发展研究还有着较为广阔的研究空间;第三,教师的发展水平直接决定了教育发展水平,而资深教师的发展则在其中起着带动和引领的作用,但这个问题由于教育观念、社会环境、相关物质条件等因素的限制而未能得到人们应有的关注。基于这样的局限性,开展一系列基于本土化视角的教育学研究、尤其是针对资深教师发展的研究就显得迫切而有必要。由华东师范大学叶澜教授领衔开展的“新基础教育”研究是一项为期十五年的、完全扎根于当代中国教育现实的一项研究。该研究所提出的“人本位”的、“激发人的生命自觉”的观点,对当今中国教育事业发展具有非常重大的启示意义,并且也将继续影响着未来中国教育学与教育事业的发展;而“教师发展”亦是该研究中相当重要的、占据核心地位的一块研究内容,研究者们在教育理论和教育实践这两个方面均做了大量的研究,也获取了许多有意义、有价值的研究成果。但是,在“资深教师发展”的问题上,相关的论述及成果还比较少。这也为本研究提供了新的视角,带来了突破的可能性。本研究采用叙事研究的方法,对上海市明强小学——一所“新基础教育”基地学校中的三位资深教师进行个案研究,通过开展参与式观察、结构式访谈等方式,重现了他们教学、教科研、班级管理等日常教学的场景,并试图通过对现象的还原再现,归纳出“新基础教育”实验中资深教师的发展情况,为我国基础教育阶段教师发展研究提供一些有意义的参考,也为广西基础教育的发展提供一些有价值的借鉴与启示。

【Abstract】 For quite some time, the problems of teachers’development of basic education have been emphasized by scholars of the pedagogy. In this field, it had been already done a lot of theory researches or empirical researches, and it also had been set up a lot of theory systems. Many great achievements had been got, too. The author had used "teachers’development" as the key word to search in VIP periodical data base, and got2305results. But when I used "senior teachers" as the key word to search, I got8results, and5of them introduced foreign experience as their details. Then I used "senior teachers’development" as the key word and found no results. To a certain extent, This data could prove that there are some limitations in the recent researches of teachers’development:Firstly, most of this kind of researches were around of solving the problems of "new teachers’development", compare with that, researches which were around of "proficient teachers’development" or "senior teachers’ development" is lesser. Secondly, in the field of Chinese education, researches were once filled of "Bring Ideology" and ignored to develop our own education theory which based on local facts of our country. This state of affairs hadn’t been improved until1990’s. So, teachers’development researches which base on Chinese local facts of education still have a wide developing space. The end, teachers’developing level directly determines the level of the development of education, and it would be led by the development of senior teachers. But, this problem didn’t be noticed because of the limits of education opinions, social environments, material conditions and so on. So, basing on these kinds of limitations, it is stringency for us to do a series of local education researches, especially to do some senior teachers’development researches."New elementary education" research, which is led by Ye Lan, Professor of ECNU, is a research which used15years and totally based on the education facts of recent China. The key positions of this research are person-based and life-awareness. These positions had made a great revelation to the development of Chinese education, and it would also affect the development of Chinese education and pedagogy. Still,"teachers’development" will be one of the most important research contents, and the researchers have made a large number of researches in education theories and education practice. They have got many valuable results. But, to the problem of "senior teachers’ development", we still need more analyses and results. And this brings my research some new views and some possibility break-through.This research used the narrative research method to make a case study, researched three senior teachers of Shanghai Mingqiang primary school, which is a base school of the "new elementary education". Participant observation, structured interview were used to reproduce their teaching, researching, class-managing and so on. And these methods would help to restore the education phenomenon, summarize the situations of senior teachers’ development in "new elementary education", provide some significant reference to the teachers’ development researches of our elementary education, and the development of the elementary education of Guangxi.
