【摘要】 U型玻璃(U-profile Glass)作为一种在全球建筑界广泛使用的透光墙体型材玻璃,发达国家已有几十年的应用历史,综合其与普通平板玻璃相比较高的机械强度、造价低廉、装配简单、外观形式独特、相对节能环保等优点,在国内介绍和推广U型玻璃材料的使用具有一定的现实意义。论文从建筑师对材料的理解出发,从应用技术和建筑设计这两个层面对U型玻璃材料进行了较为深入、系统的研究。在应用技术层面,论文介绍了U型玻璃的基本材料特性及其结构系统的施工方法和安装流程,在此基础之上探讨了U型玻璃系统应用于建筑内外空间的组合方式和构造做法,此外也分析了其在国内工程应用中存在的若干问题和材料本身的局限性。在建筑设计层面,论文将U型玻璃材料置于建筑学语境进行研究,试图从视觉特征、形式美学、设计方法三个角度通过对国内外杰出案例的具体分析讨论如何将材料品质与设计概念紧密结合。论文的主要内容包括四个部分：第一部分(第二章),简要论述“材料性”的概念、材料与设计的关系,介绍U型玻璃的分类、材料特性及其独有的形式语言和美学。第二部分(第三章),详细介绍各种常见及特殊的U型玻璃单元的生产规格、组合方式和设计构造,力争通过对具体形式的产生、具体实例的分析、具体构造的剖析等拓宽职业建筑师的设计思路、丰富建筑设计的语言。第三部分(第四章),以设计师的视野,从建筑创新及设计方法论的角度来研究该材料,通过对国内外优秀应用案例的具体分析,使建筑师对U型玻璃材料不仅能够具有清晰、系统的理论认识,同时又能够具备一定的实际操作能力。第四部分(第五章),具体分析U型玻璃在国内工程应用中所存在的某些局限性及材料本身的问题,并探究可能的改进方法以推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The U-profile glass is a kind of translucent profiles of glass for building walls, and developed countries have nearly several decades of history for industrial production and application. As has been widely used in a global building materials, a combination of its high mechanical strength compared with ordinary sheet glass, low cost, simple assembly, the appearance of unique form, the relative energy saving and environmental protection etc., in the country to introduce and promote the U-profile glass material the use of practical significance.The thesis from the architect’s understanding of the material from the application of technology and architectural design of these two levels, a more in-depth and systematic study of the U-profile glass material. In the application of the technical level, the paper introduces the basic material properties and structure of the U-profile glass construction and installation process to explore the combination of a U-profile glass used in building both inside and outside of space and structure practice, on this basis, in addition to also analyzed a number of issues in engineering applications and the limitations of the material itself.In the architectural design level, the paper will be U-profile glass materials in the architectural context study to try the three angles from the visual features, the form of aesthetics, design methodologies discussed by the specific analysis of the case at home and abroad in close connection with the material quality and design concepts.The thesis mainly consists of four parts:In the first part(Chapter Two), briefly discussed the concept of " Materiality ", the relationship between materials and design to introduce the classification of the U-profile glass, material properties and its unique form of language and aesthetics.In the second part(Chapter Three), the details of the common and particular U-profile glass units’ production specifications, design, construction methods, and strive through the generation of specific forms of analysis of specific examples, the analysis of the specific construct and broaden the professional architect ’s design ideas, rich language of the architectural design.In the third part(Chapter Four), from designer’s vision and the perspective of architectural innovation and design methodology to study the material, through domestic and international case analysis, the architects not only to the U-profile glass with a clear understanding of the theory of the system, while able to have a certain the actual operating capacity.In the last part(Chapter Five), specific analysis of the limitations of the U-profile glass in the domestic engineering applications and the material itself, and to explore some possible improvements to promote the application.更多还原
