【摘要】 近年来,农村贫困问题受到广泛关注。新世纪以来,随着国家扶贫开发的不断推进,我国扶贫工作取得重大进展,贫困人口逐年不断减少,但是由于自然、历史、社会等原因,我国西部以及少数民族地区农村贫困问题依然突出。甘肃省地处我国西部,同时也是少数民族较为集中的地区,农村贫困问题在甘肃相对严重。因此笔者选取甘肃为例,重点分析影响甘肃农村贫困的主要因素以及反贫困措施。首先详细阐述近年来国内外有关贫困与反贫困的基本理论,然后结合甘肃实际现状分析得出了甘肃农村贫困的主要影响因素,包括自然条件、人口素质、生产资金、农民工就业、贫困文化五个方面；其次利用灰色关联度模型对各影响因素进行关联度分析,以确定各因素影响贫困的重要程度；最后根据分析所得结论提出解决甘肃农村贫困的政策建议与主要措施。以期为解决甘肃农村贫困问题提供一点参考性建议与帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the problem of rural poverty is widespread concern. The new century, with the continuous advance of the national poverty alleviation and development, poverty alleviation in China made significant progress, the poor are declining year by year, but due to the natural, historical, social and other reasons, the rural poverty in western China and ethnic minority areas are still outstanding. Gansu Province is located in western China, but also minority peoples are concentrated region, the problem of rural poverty in Gansu is relative serious.So this paper puts rural areas of Gansu Province as an example, first of all gives a detailed analysis on the major factors which has led to rural poverty of Gansu Province including natural conditions, population quality, production capital, employment of migrant workers, poverty culture,then the author uses the Grey Relational Model to analyze the relationship between every factors and poverty, defines the degree of importance of various factors affecting poverty, and finally proposes some important measures which relieve rural poverty of Gansu Province. This paper is in the hope to provide a theoretical basis for the rural poverty alleviation of Gansu Province.更多还原
