基于IFS的分形组织设计方法

【摘要】 IFS是分形理论的重要分支,是分形图形中最富生命力并具有广阔应用前景的领域之一。针对L系统方法生成分形组织所存在的缺陷:即为方便L系统方法的链式语言进行运算,要求基本组织的循环较小,要求基本组织的组织点分布较均匀等,本文主要基于IFS的图形生成规则,在L系统方法生成分形组织的基础上,提出了分形组织的一种新的设计方法。该方法运用IFS方法,可方便地生成基本组织循环较大,且基本组织的组织点分布随意的分形组织,然后通过与一定的填充组织配合,设计出实用的分形织物组织,并结合纹织实验,与纺织CAD技术结合,对由分形组织带来的特殊的织物肌理效果进行了初步探讨。具体讲:首先,介绍了分形学科的发展状况以及分形几何理论中IFS的定义以及绘图原理;概括IFS图形的生成原理,借助C语言编程以及计算机的可视化方法,生成具有自相似性、相互嵌套、多级层次结构特点的分形组织;定义了分形组织、分形变化组织、分形织物组织、分形组织织物、基本组织、嵌套组织、填充组织等概念,介绍了分形组织的特点。其次,对基于IFS的分形组织的设计方法进行了研究,包括以下四个方面:一是通过基本组织的选择确定分形组织的基本构成框架;二是通过分形层级n的确定,设计产生分形组织的复杂结构;三是通过嵌套组织与填充组织的设计,配合分形组织生成出具有独特视觉效果的分形织物组织;四是通过基本组织与嵌套组织和填充组织的不同的变化情况的配合,生成了结构特点各异的分形织物组织。再者,将生成的分形组织借助浙大经纬JCAD软件进行处理,再用电子提花机进行了织物成型实验,对分形织物组织所产生的具有特殊肌理效果的织物效果进行了初步的探索。最后,结合纺织面料的特点从计算机实验与试样两方面的对实验结果进行分析,包括基本组织的选择、分形层级n的确定、基本组织与嵌套组织和填充组织之间的配合关系等影响分形组织设计效果的各因素进行了分析讨论;讨论了纱线的原料、织物的密度等因素对织纹效果的影响。由此,根据织造实验论证了本文研究的基于IFS的分形组织设计方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 IFS is an important branch of fractal theory which is one of the most dynamic andprospective territory of the fractal graphics.L-system requires basic weave in a lesser circulationand a uniformly distributed fabric weaving points for the convenience of chainlanguage.According to the IFS graphics generation rules, this paper puts forward a new kind ofdesign method of fractal weave based on the generation of fractal weave in L-system. Thestudies based on IFS,can be convenient to generate fractal weave which has large circulation ofbasic weave and fabric weaving points of basic weave distributed random, and then throughcooperating with the certain filling weave, designs a practical fractal weave. At the same time,the effort is made for applying the L-system theory in creating a new type of fabric with somejacquard weaving experiments.First,the thesis introduced the developing status of fractal theory, the definition andprinciple of IFS. By studying the formation principle of IFS and Self-similarity principle offractal theory,using C programming and computer visualization method,the fractal weave isdrawn which has a self-similarity and a multilevel structure; then define fractal weave、fractalfancy weave、fabric fractal weave、fractal fabric、basic weave、nest weave、filling weave,which will become more convenient for further study; briefly introduced the feature of fractalweave.Then, studies on the fractal weave design based on IFS,including following four aspects:1.determine the basic framework of fractal weave by choosing proper basic weave;2. scheme outfractal level of complex self-similar structure;3. obtain fractal weave of unique visual effect bythe changing of nest-weave and filling-weave;4. obtain different fractal weave with variations ofbasic weave nest-weave and filling-weave.Third,the fractal weave based on IFS is processed by JCAD software to preserve weave and establish fractal weave data; the effort is made for applying the IFS theory into designing anew type of fabrics with some jacquard weaving experiments.Last,by comparing with the characteristics of textile fabrics,the experimental results arediscussed in two aspects such as the computer experiment and the test fabric sample; The factorswhich effect the designing of fractal weave include the choose of basic weave,the determinationof fractal level n,the cooperation of fractal weave nest-weave and filling-weave are discussed,and fabric material and the density of fabric which effect of surface and texture are alsodiscussed。
