【摘要】 北安地区农村城镇化发展问题研究作为人类走向文明时代的一个重要标志,城镇化是推动现代化和工业化的推动器,是社会发展的必然规律,对加快农村城镇化、解决“三农”问题和促进我国社会经济的全面发展具有重要意义。北安市地处山区、经济欠发达,改革开放之后,北安市城镇化有了长足的发展,城镇化的雏形进一步形成,给北安农业发展奠定了坚实的基础,但是总体而言,北安市城镇化发展水平还是不高,基础设施建设不完善,中心城市主导力不强,各乡镇城镇密度小、规模小,发展水平不平衡。这就使得城镇的规模效应和集聚效应不能很好的得以体现。如何把握振兴东北战略的历史机遇,实事求是,加快北安市农村城镇化建设进程,缩小与发达地区的距离,是新形势下北安市经济社会健康、快速、协调发展的重要任务。本文通过对城镇化的界定和对国内外先进经验的启示,着重分析了北安市农村城镇化现状特征、存在问题,并且针对性的提出了北安市农村城镇化发展的对策,为实现北安市经济与社会又好又快发展提供参考。论文由六章组成：第一章绪论。主要介绍城镇化研究的背景和意义,国内外城镇化建设的研究综述,本文研究思路、内容、方法。第二章介绍农村城镇化发展的一般理论：农村城镇化的内涵与特点、城镇化发展的一般规律。第三章介绍了国内外农村城镇化的对我国的经验启示。第四章介绍北安地区农村城镇化的现状分析。首先分析了北安地区农村城镇化的特点,接着对北安地区的城镇化建设中存在的问题及其成因进行了分析。第五章分析了影响北安地区农村城镇化发展因素,首先对北安地区农村城镇化发展优势和劣势进行了分析,然后展望了农村城镇化对北安地区发展的机会,最后对对北安地区发展城镇所面临的挑战。第六章介绍适合北安地区农村城镇化发展的模式及对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural urbanization development research of BeiAnThe rural urbanization is an important mark of our society’s developing towards modern civilization, a significant carrier and propeller of the industrialization and modernization, and an inevitable law for the development of productivity. Speeding up the pace of the rural urbanization is significant to the full development of our society and economy, and to the effective resolution of the problems facing our agriculture, rural areas and farmers.BeiAn is a mountainous and less-developed area. Since China’s reform and opening to the outside world, the rural urbanization in BeiAn has developed quickly and taken elementary shape, and laid a good foundation for the modernization of the agriculture and rural economy. But generally speaking, the rural urbanization in BeiAn is still in a low level:the infrastructure is old; the guiding strength of the centre cities is weak; the development among cities and towns is uneven; the towns are small; and the cities and towns can not bring their gathering and scale effect into full play. And now it is the main task for BeiAn to take the chance of constructing the economic zone on the west side of the Straits to speed up its rural urbanization process, so as to catch up with other well-developed cities and towns and to develop BeiAn’s economy rapidly, healthily and harmoniously. By analyzing the general rule of rural urbanization, exploring the four practice models of our country’s rural urbanization, and using the theories of growth pole in Regional Economics, the thesis mainly analyzes the history, current situation and problems, and then puts forward the development model and solutions to the rural urbanization in BeiAn, so as to make the society and economy in BeiAn develop well and rapidly.This thesis is composed of six chapters:The first chapter the introduction. Mainly introduces the background and significance of the urbanization research at home and abroad, the urbanization construction, this paper reviewed the research research ideas, content, method. The second chapter presents the general theory of rural urbanization of rural urbanization includes:the definition and features of urbanization, the world, the general rule of rural urbanization and the dynamic mechanism. The third chapter of rural urbanization at home and abroad to our country experience enlightenment. Chapter4BeiAn analysis the current situation of rural urbanization. First introduced the general situation BeiAn area, and then analyzes the BeiAn rural urbanization process and characteristics, and then BeiAn area of the problems existing in the construction of the urbanization and its causes are analyzed.
