【摘要】 目的对需要前牙美容修复的患者进行美学修复治疗,并对治疗效果进行初步评定。方法以2011年6月至2012年3月来到浙江大学附属口腔医院修复科就诊并接受治疗的五位上前牙美容修复患者为研究对象,结合患者的口腔情况、主观意愿及经济条件等,并通过牙齿的美学分析,设计相应的美学修复方案。结果修复体初戴时,从修复体的美观和功能上进行综合评定,初戴时五位患者对美学修复效果表示满意。一个月后电话回访,五位患者对美学修复效果仍均满意。结论对需要美学修复的患者,进行术前的牙齿美学分析和美学修复设计是关键。同时,患者、医生和口腔技师的紧密交流合作是确保达到满意修复效果的最重要的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe patients who need esthetic restorations were given esthetic treatments, and the esthetic effects of the anterior teeth were evaluated.MethodThe patients who need esthetic restorations were given different esthetic therapeutic plans according to patients’oral condition, subjective opinion, economic condition and so on.ResultsAll patients were satisfied with the improvement on the function and esthetics when their treatments were completed. One month later, we followed up, five patients were all satisfied with the effect of the esthetic treatments.ConclusionAesthetic analysis and aesthetic design are critical to the anterior teeth esthetic restorations. Also, the close communication and cooperation of the patients, doctors and oral technicians is to ensure the desired esthetic effects.更多还原
