【摘要】 随着高等教育的发展,大学排名已成为全球性的现象。自1983年美国的具有世界性第一份大学排行榜——《美国新闻与世界报道》的出炉,历经近30年的发展,大学排行榜的影响力日益扩大,成为世界讨论的重要议题。在我国,中国管理科学研究院于1987发布了国内第一份大学排行榜,此后,国内有几十家机构也纷纷加入大学排名的热潮中。随着高等教育市场化性质的日益体现,国内外大学排行榜也逐渐成为社会了解与监督大学办学水平、办学质量和办学效益的一种重要途径。本文主要从国内外大学排名当中选取对现当代社会影响力较大的《美国新闻与世界报道》、英国的《泰晤士报》、网大的“中国大学排行榜”和上海交大的“世界一流大学”排名进行分析,从系统介绍国内外大学排名历史沿革和发展历程、现状分析入手,分析中美英三国典型新闻媒介大学排名各自的特点,指出大学排行对高等教育发展的积极作用与消极作用,以及对我国的高等教育启示与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of high education, University rankings have become a rapidly growing global phenomenon. In the U.S., since1983,《U.S. News&World Report》 issued the first edition of American universities. ranking-----"America’s Best Colleges Ranking". During the30years’development and improvement, it is tending perfect and influence, become the important thing. In China, the Central Science and Research Institute of China Academy of Management Science issued the first edition of Chinese colleges ranking in1987. So far, several of ranking agencies began the university ranking.market-oriented for the national higher education domestic and international university rankings also has become a important way for a social understanding and supervision level of running a university, teaching quality and teaching effectiveness.This article mainly chose "U. S. News And World Report","the Times"of Britain, a large network of "China’s University Rankings"and Shanghai Jiao Tong university "the best university in the word" among the United States, Britain and China, to analysis, it introduced the respective history, development of university ranking and the current situation analysis of university evaluation, analysis of the university rankings typical media in respective characteristic,pointed out that the development of higher education university ranking the positive role and negative role, as well as to the our country higher education.更多还原
