【摘要】 “时代曲”是风行于上世纪二三十年代至今仍为人耳熟能详的一种音乐形式,黎锦晖则是“时代曲”这一音乐形式的创始人。面对市民大众对音乐艺术的需求,基于自己的平民音乐理论,黎锦晖创立了流行音乐这一全新的音乐形式；把握住了市民大众的音乐审美倾向,他把“舶来品”流行音乐融入了民族民间音乐元素,引领了中国流行音乐民族化的趋势；他适时的推出了明星制,大大推动了中国流行音乐市场化的进程。他的理念,是具有前瞻性的,使得他创作的“时代曲”一经问世便被无数人追捧,成为当时音乐界的热点。黎锦晖的“时代曲”,是“时代曲”中最具研究价值的作品。本文以黎锦晖的“时代曲”作为研究对象,以历史资料为依据,对黎锦晖的“时代曲”做了较为深入的探讨。将“时代曲”面向市民大众,在中国民族民间音乐中汲取营养,立足于中国传统文化,大胆使用外来音乐元素这些不同于他人的艺术特征做了深入的探究,从创作理念平民化、音乐素材民间化、音乐文学古典化和伴奏风格爵士化四个方面分析了黎锦晖“时代曲”的创作特征。重点阐释了黎锦晖以市民大众为对象的的平民化的创作理念。并把黎锦晖的“时代曲”与上世纪八十年代的“西北风”与本世纪的“中国风”做出纵向的比对,试图揭示中国流行音乐民族化的发展趋势。作为中国流行音乐的创始人,黎锦晖开创了流行歌曲这一全新的体裁,他的“时代曲”的历史价值,主要体现在流行音乐民族化、商业化、明星机制的创立和开创了通俗唱法这种全新的演唱风格这四个方面。流行音乐本身的文化特点,决定了它要随着市民大众的欣赏口味的变化而不断的向前发展,推陈出新。在流行音乐蓬勃发展的今天,对黎锦晖的“时代曲”做一个全面的认知,可以为中国流行音乐的发展提供重要的借鉴,在迎合市场需要的基础上,正确的引导市民大众对流行音乐的审美倾向,使中国流行音乐的发展走上正确、健康的道路。更多还原
