油页岩废渣膏体充填材料研究

【摘要】 膏体充填开采是当代煤炭工业实现不迁址开采,解决三下采煤、提高煤炭采出率的最有效的一种途径。本文主要对油页岩废渣制备矿山膏体充填材料及泵送工艺进行研究。此项技术不仅充分利用了废弃资源,还有效的保护了农田、村庄、河流、建筑等等,降低了煤矿开采的成本,提高了煤炭资源开采率,近年来国内已有数家煤炭企业试图运用推广此项技术,但是对于使用油页岩废渣在膏体充填中的实际制备和性能还没有系统研究而未能产业化。本文对利用油页岩废渣制备膏体充填材料的制备进行了一系列的研究分析,对页岩废渣作为膏体充填材料中的胶凝材料做了细致的实验,对膏体充填工艺进行了探讨,对膏体充填材料的性能指标检测及微观形态进行分析。

【Abstract】 Mining with paste filling is a contemporary coal industryimplementation does not move mining, coal mining under three, toimprove coal mining rate of one of the most effective ways. This paperfocuses on the oil shale residue for preparing mine paste filling materialand pumping technology research. This technique not only makes full useof waste resource, but also effectively protect the farmland, villages,rivers, buildings and so on, reduce the cost of mining, improve coalmining rate, in recent years the domestic several coal company tries topopularize this technology, but for the use of oil shale residue in pastefilling the actual preparation and performance has not been studiedsystematically to industrialization. This article on the use of oil shalewaste preparation of paste filling material preparation conducted a seriesof research and analysis, on shale residue as a filling material incementitious materials made of detailed experiments, the paste fillingtechnology was discussed, the paste filling material performancedetection and morphology of analysis of.
