【摘要】 天然药物主要是指来源于动植物及其它生物、具有明确治疗作用的单一成分或多组分药物，包括来源于植物(包括中草药)、微生物、海洋生物、内源性生物活性物质等的药物。天然药物往往具有结构新颖、活性高、副作用少的特点,是制药工业中新药研发的重要资源,也是我国研制具有自主知识产权药物的主要源泉。莽吉柿胶囊是课题组开发的具有自主知识产权的天然药物创新药物，具有调节血脂的生物功效，具有良好的应用前景。本论文围绕莽吉柿药材及其莽吉柿胶囊（天然药物2类）开展以下研究工作。1、对天然药物的化学成分及生物活性方面研究进展进行了文献综述，重点综述了对莽吉柿的化学成分、含量分析以及生物功能的研究进展；2、首次开展了莽吉柿药材的临床前研究，包括药材炮制工艺、质量研究及质量标准的制定以及稳定性考察研究；3、首次进行了莽吉柿胶囊的处方工艺、质量研究与质量标准的制定及稳定性考察研究。通过对莽吉柿药材及莽吉柿胶囊（天然药物2类）的临床前药学研究，建立了莽吉柿及莽吉柿胶囊的质量标准，为将莽吉柿这一天然资源变废为宝，开发成治疗高血脂症的创新药物提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural medicine is derived from plants, animals and other organisms, having definitetherapeutic effect of a single component or multiple components drugs, which includes themedicine derived from the plants(such as Chinese Herbal Medicine), the microorganism, themarine organisms, the endogenous biological active material.Natural medicine usualy hasthe characteristics of novel structure, high activity and less side effect, so it is not only animportant resource for new drug research&development, but also the main source fordeveloping the drugs with independent intellectual property rights drugs in China.The Garcinia Mangostana Capsule was developed with independent intellectualproperty rights by our team, which could regulate blood fat and possess good applicationforeground. In this paper,we developed the following work around raw medicinal materialand capsules of Garcinia mangostana L.1, We reviewed the chemical constituents and bioactivities of natural medicine, and thechemical constituents, the content analysis, the biological functions of Garcinia mangostanaL was reviewed mainly;2, We investigated the preclinical study of the raw medicinal material of Garciniamangostana L. for the first time, including the technology of processing, the quality research,the formulation of quality standards and the stability investigation;3, We investigated the research of Garcinia Mangostana Capsule for the first time,including the formulation and technology, the quality research, the formulation of qualitystandards and the stability investigation.Through the preclinical pharmaceutical research on the raw medicinal material andcapsules of Garcinia mangostana L., we have laid the quality standards of them, provided thescientific basis for making use of the waste into the development of innovative drugs fortreating hyperlipidemia.更多还原
