非开挖技术在大庆油田龙南地区供水管道更换工程中的初步应用

【摘要】 随着国家经济的发展,城市化进程的加快,城市增容、扩建越来越迅猛,城市基础设施建设日新月异,城市内的市政管网等基础设施在改建、扩建中受到建筑物、绿地、原有地下管网等的制约,开挖施工敷设管道成本大大增加,甚至局部区域根本无法开挖施工,在这种情况下非开挖管道工程施工就显得尤为重要了。本文重点介绍了非开挖技术的发展、分类,不同非开挖技术的特点,同时着重介绍了两种非开挖技术在大庆油田龙南地区的应用等。论文主要研究内容如下:(1)介绍了非开挖技术的概念,分类和不同非开挖技术的特点,实施方法。在大庆城市发展特点和大庆油田供水管网情况分析基础上,介绍了非开挖技术在大庆油田的引进发展情况,非开挖技术在国内外的发展状况及广阔的市场前景。(2)详尽阐述了不锈钢衬里技术在大庆龙南先锋干线初步应用。从技术原理、工程概况、施工准备、技术措施、施工方案、施工过程等诸多方面,对不锈钢衬里技术进行了深入研究,特别是不锈钢衬里技术实现了“旧壳层+填充层+不锈钢衬里层”的地下直接制成的复合管,把耐蚀金属不锈钢作为防腐层代替塑料和玻璃钢防腐层,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。(3)详尽阐述了PE管“U”型折叠法内衬修复技术在大庆龙南杏西干线的初步应用。依据工程的实际情况和特点,阐述了PE管“U”型折叠法内衬原理,并通过工程实际实施过程的介绍,重点介绍了实际应用状况。不锈钢衬里技术和PE管“U”型折叠法内衬修复技术应用可提升管道使用价值、延长管道使用寿命、突破各种管道施工难题并具有较好的经济效益。该技术可在供排水、燃气、石油、石化等系统推广使用。但是本次研究还有许多不足之处,需加强对其他非开挖技术应用的研究和探讨,尤其是顶管技术与定向钻技术的深入研究。大庆油田的“二次创业”和深入开发,为非开挖技术领域提供了广阔的市场空间。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the national economy and the acceleration ofurbanization, urban capacity and expansion increases more and more rapidly. Theconstruction of urban infrastructure changes with each new day. The reconstructionand expansion of the municipal pipe network and other infrastructure in the city areconstraint by the buildings, green spaces and the existing underground pipe network.Excavation and construction to the laying of the pipeline costs greatly increased, andeven some area can not excavated.In this case the trenchless pipeline construction isparticularly important.This paper focuses on the development and classification oftrenchless technology and the characteristics of different trenchless technologies, andmainly introduces the application of two trenchless technologies in Longnan regionsof Daqing oilfield.The main contents are as follows:(1) Describes the concept and classification of trenchless technology, and thecharacteristics and implementation methods of different trenchless technologies.Bythe development characteristics of Daqing city and the water supply net work analysisof the Daqing oilfield, this paper introduces the development background of thetrenchless technology in Daqing, as well as the development situation of thenon-excavation technology at home and abroad, Thus explain the broad marketprospects and significance of trenchless technology.(2)Detailed descriptions of the initial application of the stainless steel lining inLongnan-Xianfeng main lines. Conducted in-depth study on the stainless steel liningtechnology from the technical principles, project overview, construction preparation,the construction plan, construction process and many other aspects of technicalmeasure.The stainless steel lining technology to achieve such complex pipe as the"old shell+filling layer+stainless steel lining layer" be directly made underground,the corrosion resistance of metal stainless steel is used as anticorrosion layer insteadof plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic coating. This achieved good social and economic benefits.(3) Detailed descriptions of the preliminary application of the PE pipe "U" shapefolding method lining repair technology in Longnan—Xingxi main lines. Based onthe actual situation and characteristics of the project, this paper expounds the principleof PE pipe "U" type folding method, and mainly describes the actual applicationstatus and highlights to enhance the ascending pipe use value, prolong service life,break all kind of pipeline construction problems, play the investment benefit ofpipeline renovation through the introduction of the process of the practicalimplementation. The technology is also available to use for drainage, gas, petroleum,petrochemical and other systems.However, there are still many inadequacies in this research, it’s needed tostrengthen the application research and discussion to the other trenchless technology,especially in-depth study of the pipe jacking technology and directional drillingtechnology.The "second pioneering" and in-depth development of Daqing Oilfieldprovides a broad market space for non-excavation technology field.
