GPS技术在现代地籍测量中应用研究

【摘要】 GPS技术在现代地籍测量中的应用有着广泛的前景,由于GPS定位精度高、误差不累积,具有全天候不间断定位的特点,而且不受时间和通视条件的限制,在控制测量和空旷地区的碎部测量中被广泛使用。随着国民经济的快速发展,国家需要对当前的土地利用状况和土地上房屋等附着物的位置及权属进行重新高精度的测量,GPS技术在现代地籍测量中的应用彻底改变了以往传统地籍测量的一些作业方法,不仅测量的精度提高,而且作业速度也大大提高。本文就现代地籍测量中平面控制测量的基础控制测量和图根控制测量两个过程以及GPS的静态测量与动态测量进行了分析阐述,并对GPS技术在现代地籍测量中的应用进行了理论上及应用上的研究。结合城镇数字地籍测量项目实例,详细分析了GPS技术在基础控制测量、图根控制测量中的应用方法,对其外业测量的实施过程和内业数据处理过程进行了具体的分析和阐述。在GPS外业数据获取的过程中,针对GPS网的具体精度要求,讨论了控制点的选点与埋设要求,同时指出了在控制点的选取与埋设时应当注意的事项。在对GPS控制网进行实际测量的过程当中,讨论了影响数据获取精度的因素和提高观测精度的方法。在GPS内业数据处理过程中,详细分析了数据处理的方法和过程,从项目建立、坐标系的设置、基线解算、进行网平差到报告的生成都进行了具体的论述,并对平差结果的精度进行了分析。论文同时对地籍图的碎部测量中适合应用GPS技术进行数据获取的条件进行了分析说明,并对GPS获取的数据进行了全站仪的重复获取,对二者的数据进行了比较,验证了GPS在现代地籍测量碎部测量中应用的可行性。本论文明确了GPS技术在现代地籍测量中应用的意义,针对现代地籍测量中的基础控制测量、图根控制测量、碎部测量提出了理论分析和组织实施方案,提出了数据分析模型,对测量数据进行了处理和精度上的分析,肯定了GPS技术在现代地籍测量中应用的价值。

【Abstract】 GPS technology has a broad prospect in modern cadastral survey. Due to themerits such as the high accuracy, no accumulation errors, continuously all-weatherpositioning and no limitations of time and inter-visibility conditions, GPS technologyis widely used in the control survey and detail survey of open country. With the rapiddevelopment of the national economy, high precision remeasure of the current landuse and the location and ownership of the land attachments is needed. The applicationof GPS technology in the modern cadastral survey completely changes the operationmethod of the traditional cadastral survey. The measurement accuracy is improvedand the operating speed is greatly improved as the same time.In this dissertation, the basic and mapping control of horizontal control survey inthe modern cadastral survey and the static and dynamic survey of GPS technology areanalyzed. The theoretical and applied research of GPS technology in the moderncadastral survey is carried out.Combined with the urban digital cadastral survey project, application method ofGPS in the basic and mapping control survey is studied. The concretely analysis onthe implementation of field work and the process of indoor data is carried out and theapplication conditions of GPS in cadastral detail survey are analyzed. During thecourse of field data acquisition of GPS, the siting and monumentation requirements ofthe control points are discussed and the points for attention are put forward accordingto the concrete requirements of GPS network. Factors influencing the precision ofdata acquisition and methods of improving observation precision are discussed duringthe course of the actual measurement of GPS control network. Meanwhile the courseof indoor data processing including the establishment of the project, the setting of thecoordinate, the calculation of GPS base line, the adjustment of the network, thegeneration of the reports and the precision of the adjustment are also analyzed.Conditions suitable for the application of GPS to acquire data in the cadastral detailsurvey are showed and the data acquired by means of GPS are repeated capturing bymeans of total station in this dissertation. The comparison results well verify thepossibility of GPS application in the cadastral detail survey.The significance of GPS technology on modern cadastral survey is clearlypresented in this dissertation. The value of GPS technology in the modern cadastralsurvey is affirmed by the theoretical analysis, organization implementation scheme and the data analysis model established to process the measured data and analyze thedata precision in the basic control, mapping control and detail survey.
