基于GIS的乌东德水电站会东移民安置区建筑适宜性评价

GIS-based Assessment of Construction Suitability in Huidong Settlement Region, Wudongde Hydropower Station

【摘要】 适宜性评价是根据各项土地利用的要求,分析区域土地开发利用的适宜性,确定区域开发的制约因素,从而寻求最佳的土地利用方式和合理确定可适宜发展的用地。建筑适宜性评价是城市规划和建设的重要参考依据。目前仍然没有一个完整统一的建筑适宜性评价体系。针对建筑适宜性评价方法的不足,论文以四川省会东县民权规划安置区为研究对象,从研究区的基本地质环境条件出发,将地形坡度、地质构造、地层岩性和场地稳定性作为影响建筑适宜性的主要因素,运用定性和定量结合的途径,对民权规划安置区的建筑适宜性进行了评价,获得了研究区合理的评价方案。论文的主要工作和成果:(1)在论述了规划区地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造、水文地质、岩石风化以及不良地质现象的基础上,主要分析了地形坡度、地质构造、地层岩性对规划区建筑适宜性的影响,并以此为基础对规划区进行了工程地质环境评价和场地稳定性评;(2)将地形坡度、地质构造、地层岩性和场地稳定性作为评价因子,运用AHP法、专家经验的方法确定权重,建立了评价指标体系。为研究区建筑适宜性评价提供了数据基础;(3)采用综合指数和法和GIS技术建立了规划区建筑适宜性评价模型,在ArcGIS技术平台上,对研究区的建筑适宜性进行了定量评价,将研究区分为11个区域、4个等级适宜性规划方案,并进行了分区评价。这种方法不但弥补了定性的主观性,同时也避免了单独定量评价而带来的不准确性,使得评价结果更加科学。(4)通过提出的评价指标体系及适宜性评价模型,对各评价因子进行量化、赋予权重,最终将规划区分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类工程建设用地区域,Ⅰ类面积3.92万m2,占评价区面积的5.5%;Ⅱ类面积7.40万m2,占评价区面积的10.3%;Ⅲ类面积51.35万m2,占评价区面积的71.6%;Ⅳ类面积9.01万m2,占评价区面积的12.6%。研究表明,基于ArcGIS的建筑适宜性评价结果与工程地质定性评价的结果基本一致。最后,从斜坡稳定性、开挖量、建筑布局和地基承载力等方面对规划区提出了相应地质建议。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of various land use, suitability assessment is to analyze the suitability of regional land development and determine the factors for controlling regional development and seek the best land use patterns and reasonably determine the appropriate development of land. Construction suitability evaluation is an important reference for urban planning and construction. At present, there is still not a complete unified architecture suitability evaluation system.Due to the status of lacking resonable method for construction suitability evaluation, in the study taking MinQuan planning resettlement areas in the east of Sichuan province as the research object, the main factors such as basic geological environmental conditions, terrain slope, geological structure, strata lithology and site stability, are selected to be the main factors to affect the construction suitability, then the suitability of resettlement areas is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively and results are obtained as the following:(1) Based on the topography, strati graphic and lithologiy, geological structure, hydrogeology, rock weathering, adverse geological phenomena, the thesis mainly analyses the infulences of topographic slope, stratigraphic and lithologic, geological structure and site stability on construction suitability, and evaluates the engineering geological environment and site stability of the studying region.(2) Topographic slope, stratigraphic and lithologic, geological structure and site stability are chosed as evaluation factors, the weightings are determined by AHP method and expertise method, then an evaluation index system is established for construction suitability assessment.(3) A model of construction suitability assessment is set up using comprehensive index method and GIS technology. Under the plateform of ArcGIS, finally, a planning program of suitability is gained, namely, the study area is divided into11zones and4grades of suitability.(4) The construction suitability of studying region evaluated quantitatively by the sum of comprehensive index method and GIS technology, and a rational evaluation program is put forward which not only makes up the qualitative subjectivity but also avoids the inaccuracy of single quantitative evaluation. This research makes the result more scientific and accurate.
