基于价值理性和工具理性的企业班组安全建设

【摘要】 理性作为人类的存在方式指导着人类的实践,价值理性和工具理性构成了人类的理性。班组安全建设是人类的一种实践活动自然也存在着理性的印记,有着价值理性和工具理性的区分。但随着近代科学技术的发展,班组安全建设中出现了工具理性越位,价值理性失位的趋势,工具理性逐渐摆脱了价值理性的制约,两者之间的关系出现失衡。整合班组安全建设中价值理性和工具理性的关系,重塑班组安全建设价值理性,归位班组安全建设中的工具理性,以适应班组安全建设发展的需要是当务之急。班组是企业最基层的生产组织,是企业有机体的细胞。企业的目标任务都要靠班组来落实,班组是企业一切工作的最终落脚点。然而班组中价值理性和工具理性关系的失衡导致了班组安全建设中很多问题的出现,如重效益,轻价值、重形式,轻实质、重制定,轻执行、重生产责任,轻心理疏导、重个人利益,缺乏团队凝聚力等。本文研究了班组安全建设中引入价值理性和工具理性的可行性与必要性,从哲学领域工具理性和价值理性的视角出发,探究了班组安全建设中价值理性和工具理性的概念内涵、功能关系,通过对价值理性因素和工具理性因素对班组安全建设的影响的把握,研究了班组安全建设工作中价值理性与工具理性失衡的表现,并深入分析了失衡的原因,在基于价值理性和工具理性辨证关系的班组安全建设的原则指导下,确定了班组安全建设核心思想。在此基础上提出了一条实现企业班组安全建设中价值理性与工具理性整合的途径,并且从安全系统——人、物、能量和信息要素出发探讨了班组安全建设的新模式——以人为本的安全系统模式,分别研究了人控体系模式、物控体系模式、能量体系模式和信息体系模式,并且梳理、归纳、整合了当前国内班组安全管理中的许多行之有效的方法与工具,作为人、物、能量和信息体系模式的载体,为体系模式的落地提供了现实支撑。此外,本论文在CQ电力公司做了实证分析,供相关人员参考。

【Abstract】 Rationality as the way of our existence which is guiding the practice of humanbeing, value rationality and instrumental rationality constitutes the rationality ofhuman. Team safety building as a kind of human practice is naturally sealed byrational imprint, there is a distinction between value rationality and instrumentalrationality. With the development of modern science and technology in theconstruction of team safety instrumental rationality offside, the trend of value rationalloss-bit, instrumental rationality are turning away from the constraints of rationalvalue, the relationship between the unbalance. To integrate the relationship betweenvalue rationality and instrumental rationality within team safety construction,remodeling team safety construction value rationality, homing team safetyconstruction of instrumental rationality, and to adapt to the team safe construction anddevelopment needs is a task of top priority.The team is the most fundamental organization of production, is a cell of thecorporate organism. The objectives and tasks have to be practicable via a team, theteam is the end-result of all the work of the enterprise. However, the imbalancebetween value rationality and instrumental rationality led to many problems in theconstruction of team safety, such as high-attention on beneficial results, underestimatevalue, formalism, lack of executive capacity, focus on responsibility for productionbut ignore psychological counseling, only concerned with personal interest but lack ofteam cohesion.This article discusses the feasibility and necessity of the introduction of valuerationality and instrumental rationality in the construction of team safety, from theperspective of instrumental rationality and value rationality of the realm of philosophy,explore the connotation of value rationality and instrumental rationality in theconstruction of team safety, functional relationships, to grasp the value rationalityfactors and instrumental rationality factors though team safety building, theperformance of value rationality and instrumental rationality in the construction workof team safety imbalance, and in-depth analysis of the imbalance of reason, rational dialectic based on the value of reason and tools-relations team safety building underthe guidance of the principles, define the core idea of the construction of team safety.On this basis, a way has been put forward to achieve the integration of valuerationality and instrumental rationality in the construction of corporate team safetyand safety systems-people, goods, energy and information elements starting toexplore the construction of a new model of team safety-people-centered safetysystem mode, respectively, the human control system mode, the mode of materialcontrol system, energy system models and information system model, and combing,summarized, and integrated safety management of the domestic team in the manyeffective methods and tools, as a human being, matter, energy and information systemmodel of carrier landing system model to provide real support.In addition, this article did an empirical analysis in the CQ power company,reference for the relevant personnel.
