【摘要】 外商直接投资作为中国改革开放的产物之一，为中国近三十年来的经济发展做出了不可忽视的贡献。理论上认为外商直接投资不仅具有弥补资金不足的作用，而且来自发达国家的外商直接投资还具有技术转移、提升人力资本、促进制度变迁、提高管理技能等方面的重要作用。随着外商直接投资在中国境内的全面扩散，位于中部地区的山西省凭借传统的重工业优势，也逐步吸引了外商直接投资的进入，而外商直接投资对于山西经济的贡献程度直接决定了山西在未来应对外资的策略。本文基于山西省外商直接投资现状，从外商直接投资对山西省GDP增长、三次产业结构、对外贸易、区域资本形成、技术溢出、就业等六个方面的影响程度做出实证分析，进而根据实证结果明确山西省未来引资态度并提出相应策略。本文首先从山西省外商直接投资的投资规模、形式、来源地、行业分布、利用外资地区等五个方面阐述山西省利用的外商直接投资现状，并且采用灰色关联模型对山西省吸引外商直接投资的主要因素进行分析；其次，通过外商直接投资对山西GDP增长、三次产业结构、对外贸易、资本形成、技术溢出以及就业贡献度的实证分析，考量外商直接投资对山西经济发展的影响；最后，基于外商直接投资对山西省经济影响的正效应以及山西省自身的实际情况，提出通过改善投资环境、拓展融资渠道、引导外资分配等多种渠道实现山西省对外资的进一步引进与有效利用，从而使外商直接投资能从资金、技术、人才和管理等多方面助力山西省经济的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign direct investment (FDI) as the product of one of China’s reform andopening up has made a significant contribution for the last three decades of economicdevelopment in China. In theory, FDI not only has to make up for insufficient funds,and FDI from developed countries plays an important role in technology transfer,enhancing human capital, promoting institutional change, improving managementskills and other aspects. With the overall expansion of FDI in China, Shanxi Provincein the central region has gradually attracted the entry of FDI with its traditional heavyadvantage. The role of FDI in the economy of Shanxi determines Shanxi’s foreignpolicy in the future.This paper analyzes the impact of FDI to GDP growth, three industrial structure,foreign trade, the regional capital formation, technology spillovers and employmentempirically according to the FDI status in Shanxi Province, and then based on theempirical results makes clear Shanxi’s attitude to FDI and proposes the correspondingstrategies.Firstly, this paper describes the FDI status from the scale, the form, origin,industry distribution and the use of foreign areas of FDI in Shanxi Province, andanalyzes the main factors of attracting FDI in Shanxi Province by gray relationalmodel; Second, proves that FDI has a positive impact on the economy from GDPgrowth, three industrial structure, foreign trade, capital formation, technologicalspillovers and jobs of Shanxi province by empirical study; Finally, based on FDI’spositive effects to the economics of Shanxi Province and the actual situation, thispaper proposes countermeasures,such as improving the investment environment,expanding financing channels and guiding FDI distribution in Shanxi Province,toachieve the further introduction and the effective use of FDI, so that FDI helps theeconomy development from the capital, technology, personnel and management inShanxi Province.更多还原
