某深孔岩心钻机顶驱液压系统的设计和分析

【摘要】 岩心钻探是地质勘查过程中不可或缺的重要环节,岩心钻机是钻探施工中的核心装备。全液压动力头式钻机正在成为钻机发展的主要机型,而目前国内对于大口径的深孔钻探设备的研究较少。本文依托于国家某深孔科学钻探项目中的子课题“深孔钻探设备的研究”,基于此项目的施工条件、钻探工艺和对取心质量的要求,对该设备顶驱的液压系统进行了设计和分析。论文主要由以下部分组成:1、叙述了钻机顶驱的主要功能,确定了顶驱的主要参数,为顶驱液压系统的设计提供了依据。通过对液压回路中速度控制回路方式的对比,确定选用变量泵—变量马达的组合方式,设计了顶驱液压系统。2、根据系统要实现的要求,计算了系统中元件的参数应满足的条件。3、分析了两种负载敏感液压系统的原理和优缺点,选择了具有负载敏感的液压元件,并对所选液压元件的压力补偿原理、自动控制原理等进行了叙述,以上述计算参数为依据,结合所需的控制要求,合理选择了液压元件。4、通过仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink分析了液压油路中泵和马达的工作稳定性,对液压系统设计的合理性提供了验证。本文提出电动机恒速+变量泵+变量马达的动力头调速方式,泵和马达排量的变化以负载压力变化为依据,实现了大范围内输出转速的无极调速,并采用LUDV负载敏感系统以适用于钻机的复合动作,使液压系统的性能达到较好的状态,驱动泵的电动机功率利用率、液压系统效率和钻机的工作效率也较高。

【Abstract】 Core drilling is an indispensable part in the process of geological survey, core drillingrig is the important equipment for drilling. Hydraulic core drilling rig has become themajor model, but the research on drilling rig for deep hole is less in domestic area.This thesis relies on the sub-topic research which studies on hydraulic core drilling fordeep hole, national project of deep drilling for scientific research. Based onconstructive conditions, drilling technololgy and reqirements for core’s quality,make a design of hydraulic system and analyse it.The thesis consists four parts as followings:1、Determine main parameters of top drive head though describing main functions ofit, provide evidents for hydraulic system design. Compared with the other speedcontroling methods, make the combination of variable pump-variable motor as thehydraulic loop to control rotating speed.2、According to requirements of the system,calculate parameters of hydrauliccomponents.3、Discribe the principles and analyse advantages and disadvantages of two loadsensing hydraulic systems, combined the requirements of controling and based ondata, make a reasonable choice to select components which have load sensitiveability.4、Use the MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the system,give a reasonable evidents forthe design though simulate and analysis the stability of hydraulic system.In this thesis,make speed controling method which make of variable pump haselectro-hydraulic control with proportional solenoid (EP) and EP variable motor,thechange of the displacements links with loading pressure,make sure the system cansupply a large range of rotary speed stepless, adapt to system of loading pressure independent flow distribution to suit for the motions. Hydraulic system’s performanceget better, the power of the pump is efficient, the work efficiency also get higher.
