大学生道德选择教育研究

【摘要】 所谓道德选择是人道德生活实践中基于一定的价值取向,自觉自愿地做出的对不同道德价值或善恶的选择,包括道德意识的选择和道德行为的选择。它是一种德性选择,一种合乎伦理的选择,一种价值的选择。道德选择是人作为社会动物的最高形式的选择,它可以在自主、自愿、自觉、引诱、强迫等多种状态下呈现出来,具有实践精神,在贯穿道德活动的过程中使选择理性走向客观成为一种现实。从理论角度出发,选择是人类所独有的思想判断和实践活动,道德选择是人们在现实活动中人们不可避免的基本选择之一,贯穿于道德活动过的全过程,指引人们的道德行为,是道德行为的指南和开端。道德是可以通过教育完成的。道德选择教育的目标和宗旨就是通过教育手段使向善的选择成为道德主体的自觉行为,扬善弃恶。从实践角度出发,高等教育中对学生进行道德选择教育,教会学生面对多种道德选择如何进行选择,在这个过程中,使学生真实的接触到社会现实中的冲突,并能从容应对,引导学生进行道德认知、判断,形成道德意志,唤醒道德的本真和自由,回归现实,回归主体,推动大学生道德的正向发展,提高高等道德教育的实效性,摆脱大学生道德教育的困境,从实践中体现教育伦理精神。大学生道德选择教育在大学生道德素养培养中具有重要意义,它是适应社会发展的必然要求,是提升高素质人才的资源保障,是个体活动自主性的必然要求,是道德实践本性的集中体现,也是高校走出德育困境的重要保证。大学生道德选择受到主客观因素影响,社会结构的变迁和道德选择多样化制约着大学生道德选择的方向。高等教育面临着道德认知与时间水平发展不匹配,社会责任与自我责任承担不协调,道德冲突与道德超越矛盾不平衡等诸多伦理道德的困境。要走出困境,必须积极探索大学生道德选择的有效途径,更新道德观念,树立新型德育观;加强制度保障,为大学生道德选择营造良好的环境;注重道德情感发生和培养的载体作用,积极展开道德实践活动;通过高校教学模式改革,提高道德教育能力;营造舆论氛围,发挥社会与家庭的作用。本文采取了文献研究法、历史分析法、矛盾分析法、逻辑分析法、调查研究法和理论联系实际法,对大学生道德选择教育进行了全新的探索,通过阐述道德选择的内涵、特征、重要性等基本内容,对大学生道德选择面临的困境做出详细分析,最后从社会、学校、个人等多个方面提出了大学生道德选择能力培养的途径,通过对大学生道德选择进行教育,使其内化为自觉行为,并能够正确的甄别善恶,达到传承善良,维护社会和谐的目的。

【Abstract】 Moral selection defines choosing voluntarily from different values or good and evilderived from human moral practical lives. It includes selection of moral sense andselection of ethical behavior. It is ethical and value-oriented. Moral selection is the mostadvanced form of selection in human, who is considered as a kind of social animal. It canbe observed in various kinds of psychological statues such as motivation, willing,unconscious, forced statue. It has the spirit of practice and throughout the process ofmoral activities. It makes rational selection become reality. From a theoretical aspect,selection is ideological judgment and practice which is unique in human beings and moralselection is one basic selection in everyday life which is not avoidable. It throughout theprocess of moral activities and modify individual moral activities. Moral activities beginand end with it. Moral can be established by education. The purpose and principle ofeducation is to make ethical selection become an unconscious activities, promoting goodand punishing evil. From practical aspect, it is good to add moral education in universityeducation. It will teach student how to make a correct selection facing different moralselection. During this process, students can touch and feel the conflicts in real life. Thiswill make them well prepared and establish ethical realization and judgment, which willbe helpful to the return of moral, and improve better development of college students’moral sense. It will improve university moral education, leave dilemma of current collegestudent moral education. It will reflect ethics of education.The moral selection education is of great significance to cultivate the moral qualitiesof college students. It is the requirement of social development, it is the resourceguarantee of high quality talent, it respects the autonomy of individual activities andembodies the nature of moral practice, it’s also the important guarantee for universities toget out of the moral plight. Factors both subjective and objective can influence students’moral selection, changes in social structures and the diversification of moral selection canaffect the direction of college students’ moral selection. Higher education is facing thatthe development of moral awareness does not match with the time,social responsibilityand self-responsibility, the commitment are not on coordination with many other ethicalproblem. To out of the woods, we must explore the effective way to help college studentsmoral selection, update the moral values, and establish the concept of new moraleducation. Then strengthening the system security, we create a good environment for college students moral selection. We should focus on the role of moral sentiments andculture carrier and actively expand the moral practice activities. By the reform ofuniversity teaching mode, we improve moral education. At the same time of creating theatmosphere of public opinion, we should play the role of society and family. This paperadapted documentary research, historical analysis, contradictory analysis, logical analysis,survey research and link theory with practice, making a new exploration of collegestudents moral selection education. We made a detailed analysis of the difficulties facedby the college students moral selections by explaining the connotation,characteristics andthe importance of moral selection and other basic contents. At last, the paper proposed themeans to cultivate college students moral selection ability from many aspects includingsociety, schools and individuals. We intend to internalize it as conscious behavior byeducating college students how to make a moral selection and let the students havecorrect knowledge of good and evil so as to achieve good heritage, achieve the purpose ofmaintaining social harmony.
