80后企业员工心理弹性与压力困扰的关系

【摘要】 随着市场环境的不断激烈的竞争,企业面临的挑战也在不断的加剧,市场环境的不确定随之带来的员工压力困扰也在逐渐发生变化,80后员工具有较强的个性,因此在面对外界刺激的时候,容易产生压力困扰,如何降低他们的压力困扰问题已经成为国内外专家学者讨论的热点问题。在国外的研究中,专家学者提出了心理弹性的概念,并且强调了心理弹性在降低员工压力困扰方面的作用,但是由于文化以及管理方式的差异,心理弹性与工作困扰之间的关系必然会随着外部环境的变化产生细微的变化,在国内的企业管理中,特别是80后员工的心理弹性与压力困扰之间的关系如何一直是国内外专家学者研究的热点问题。针对这样的研究背景,本文以沈阳连锁餐饮企业作为具体的研究对象,切实的分析了沈阳连锁餐饮企业80后员工心理弹性与压力困扰之间的关系,文章在对心理弹性的相关理论进行综述的情况下,重点探讨了心理弹性与压力困扰之间的相关研究,为以后的研究奠定了理论基础。同时本文以沈阳连锁餐饮企业员工作为具体的研究对象,通过问卷调查的研究方法,利用SPSS统计分析工具对调研的数据进行切实的分析,详细的分析了沈阳连锁餐饮企业80后员工心理弹性的现状与心理弹性与压力困扰之间的关系,通过研究可以看出,沈阳连锁餐饮业基层员工的心理弹性与压力困扰之间存在负相关,即心理弹性较好的员工可以很好的处理外界的刺激,进而产生较少的压力困扰。同时经过分析还发现,员工的心理弹性与工作年限、学历情况有显著性关系,针对这种现象,本文切实依据提取的心理弹性的主因子,切实的提出了提高员工心理弹性,降低压力困扰的对策。希望通过本文的研究,对于了解沈阳连锁餐饮企业80后员工心理弹性的影响因素,合理的制定针对性的改进对策,进而降低员工的工作困扰起到借鉴作用和参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the fierce competition of market environment, the challenges facingbusinesses are constantly intensifies the distress of the uncertainty of the marketenvironment for staff and brought pressure has also set up to change, after80employees have a strong personality, so the face of external stimuli, prone to pressuretrouble, how to reduce their pressure on troubled issue has become hot issuesdiscussed by experts and scholars at home and abroad. In the study of foreign expertsand scholars, the concept of mental flexibility, and stressed the role of the mentalflexibility to reduce employee stress troubled, but due to differences in culture andmanagement style, the relationship between psychological flexibility and job distressis bound with changes in the external environment to produce subtle changes in themanagement of domestic enterprises, especially after80, how the relationshipbetween the mental flexibility of employees with pressure disturbance has been a hotissue of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.This study background paper Shenyang chain catering enterprises as the specificresearch object, practical analysis of the relationship between Shenyang chaincatering enterprises80employees mental flexibility and pressure troubled, articles inthe mental flexibility related theory conducted Summary of circumstances, focus onresearch between the mental flexibility and pressure disturbance, laid the theoreticalfoundation for this study. Questionnaire survey research methods at the same time thisarticle Shenyang chain catering enterprises as a specific research object, the use ofSPSS statistical analysis tools on the practical analysis of research data, a detailedanalysis of the status of Shenyang chain catering enterprises80employeespsychological flexibility of and the relationship between mental flexibility andpressure disturbance can be seen that there is a negative correlation between mentalflexibility and pressure disturbance of the junior staff of the chain restaurant industryin Shenyang, ie, better mental flexibility employees have a better handle externalstimuli, through research, and produce less troubled by the pressure. After analysis also found that employees’ psychological flexibility and work experience, academicsituation has significant relationship for this phenomenon, effectively main factor inaccordance with the extract of psychological flexibility, and effectively improveemployee mental flexibility, and reduce the pressure on troubled countermeasures.Hope that through this study, the influencing factors of the psychological elasticity ofafter80employees, a reasonable targeted improvements countermeasures to reducestaff distress play a reference and the reference value for the understanding ofShenyang restaurant chain.
