【摘要】 19世纪20年代在英国爆发了人类历史上第一次经济危机，自此之后，全球性的金融危机、经济危机便周期性的上演。随着世界各国经济交往的日益密切和经贸活动的日趋频繁，经济危机在一国的爆发程度达到一定的强度时，或者单方面的金融危机的爆发，往往都会波及到其他国家和地区，从而引发世界性的经济危机。西方经济学家很早就试图对经济危机进行解释，从亚当斯密、李嘉图、萨伊的不承认全面的生产过剩，到西斯蒙第、马尔萨斯的承认全面的生产过剩的经济危机，以及现代西方经济学家对经济危机的看法各有侧重，说法不一而足、不尽相同，但是都没能够从资本主义的生产方式、经济制度等方面来深入地找到经济危机产生的根本原因。马克思、恩格斯从资本主义的基本矛盾入手，揭示出了资本主义经济危机频繁爆发的根源，指出了在资本主义制度下经济危机爆发从可能性到必然性的转变，揭示了资本主义制度的局限性和共产主义必然取代资本主义的历史必然性。马克思主义经典作家还从信用制度、生产消费、经济比例、资本家的贪婪、资本有机构成等方面对金融危机、经济危机爆发的原因作了相关论述。2008年，由美国次贷危机引起的金融危机和经济危机席卷全球，使全球经济再一次陷入了自1929年大萧条以来最为严重的经济衰退，大多数国家和地区经济元气大伤，至今尚未恢复。社会主义中国的金融、经济也遭到了一定的冲击。本文基于对马克思经济危机理论进行阐述和分析的基础上，简单回顾了以往资本主义经济危机周期性爆发的历程，系统分析了当代国际金融危机、经济危机的具体表现，进一步得出2008年国际金融危机、经济危机同样根源于资本主义制度的基本矛盾。其罪魁祸首仍然是贪婪的资本家，而此次金融危机、经济危机的直接诱因则是自上世纪80年代以来新自由主义的泛滥。本文同时分析了2008年金融危机、经济危机所表现出来的阶段性特征。由于中国已经成为世界第二大经济体，进出口比率逐年提高，世界各国与中国的贸易往来越来越频繁，贸易量也越来越大，尤其在金融方面的合作和交往日趋频繁，所以，此次金融危机、经济危机对我国的实体经济发展、金融行业等产生了相应的影响和冲击。因此，本文试图在理论铺垫和实证分析的基础上，针对社会主义市场经济条件下同样会受到世界性金融危机、经济危机的冲击，同样可能孕育经济危机这一现实，对我国防范经济危机和消减经济危机影响提出了具体地建议：在坚持马克思主义的指导地位，发展马克思经济危机理论，坚持公有制为主体的多种所有制并存的基本经济制度的基础上，转变经济发展方式，坚持宏观调控，加强金融监管，同时要警惕美元霸权的风险转移战略，加快人民币国际化步伐，促进社会主义市场经济及金融业的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 First time in history the economic crisis broke out in the UK in the1820s Since then, the global financial crisis, economic crisis willperiodically staged. With the increasingly close economic and tradeactivities are becoming more frequent, a certain strength of the economiccrisis in the extent of the outbreak of a country’s economic exchangesof the world, or unilateral financial crisis, often spread to othercountries and regions, giving rise to the world of the economic crisis.Western economists have long tried to explain the economic crisis, doesnot recognize the full range of overproduction from Adam Smith, Ricardo,Say to Sismondi, Malthus recognized the full range of overproduction ofthe economic crisis, as well as modern Western economist’s view on theeconomic crisis have focused on the argument and so forth, are not thesame, but nobody from the capitalist mode of production, economic systems,in-depth to find the root causes of economic crisis.In2008, the financial and economic crisis caused by U.S. subprimemortgage crisis sweeping the globe, so that the global economy once againplunged into the most serious economic recession since the GreatDepression of1929, most countries and regions economy is badly weakened,has not yet been recovered. Financial, economic socialist China has alsobeen some impact. Based on the elaborate and analyze the basis of thetheory of Marxism-economic crisis, a simple review the course of the pastcapitalist economic crisis periodic outbreak of the system analysis ofthe contemporary international financial crisis, economic crisis, thespecific performance further obtained in2008the international financialcrisis, economic crisis equally rooted in the basic contradictions of the capitalist system. The culprit is still the greedy capitalists, the directcause of the financial crisis, economic crisis since the1980s, theproliferation of neo-liberalism. This article analyzes the2008financialcrisis, economic crisis demonstrated by the phase characteristics. Chinahas become the world’s second largest economy, the import and export ratiohas gradually increased, and the world trade with China is more and morefrequently, the volume of trade is also growing, especially in financialcooperation and exchanges have become more frequent, so the financialcrisis, economic crisis on the development of China’s real economy, thefinancial sector such as the influence and impact. Therefore, this articleattempts, on the basis of the theory of bedding and empirical analysisof, for the socialist market economy, the same will be subject to aworldwide financial crisis, economic crisis, the same may nurture theeconomic crisis of this reality, proposed in China to prevent the economiccrisis and abatement economic crisis specific recommendations: On thebasis of the basic economic system to adhere to the guiding position ofMarxism, the development of the theory of Marx’s economic crisis, upholdthe public ownership as the mainstay of the coexistence of diverse formsof ownership, the transformation of economic development, adhere to themacro-control, strengthen financial supervision, to be alert to the riskof the dollar hegemony transfer strategy to accelerate the pace ofinternationalization of the RMB, and promote the healthy development ofsocialist market economy and the financial sector.更多还原
