【摘要】 金朝前期社会的发展变化奠定了金朝历史的发展基调，作为中国古代历史发展的一个阶段，金朝前期社会越轨行为表现出历史发展和延续。以由女真族为主体建立起来的金王朝，为了解决各种不同程度的越轨行为所采取的社会控制手段上又表现出其独具特色的一面。本文运用社会学等方法，并且结合史料试图客观的还原和评价金朝前期越轨行为与社会控制。希望通过探究金朝前期越轨行为和社会控制对解决当今社会问题起到一些借鉴作用。本文着力从以下四个部分来研究金朝前期的越轨行为与社会控制。第一部分主要简述论文选题意义与价值，理论基础和研究范围，研究思路及方法和本文创新点。第二部分主要考察金朝前期的社会越轨行为的表现，尝试通过对个人及社会的层面挖掘金朝前期越轨行为发生的原因，并且通过对越轨行为的表现和发生原因探究越轨行为的正反两方面的作用。第三部分研究金朝前期对待越轨行为的社会控制手段。首先分别对金朝前期的法律和制度控制以及刑罚控制这两个制度化控制角度来探究金朝前期的社会控制手段，其次分别对金朝前期采取的习俗和宗教控制以及道德和社会舆论控制两方面非制度化控制角度来探究金朝前期的社会控制手段。最后试图客观的分析金朝前期控制手段的时效性和失恰性。第四部分对论述进行全局的总结，提出其对金朝社会的影响。借以促进对金朝前期越轨行为和社会控制的更加深入的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and changes of early period of the Jin dynasty laid thetone of Jin history development. As a stage of the development of China’sancient history, early period of the Jin dynasty deviant behavior the history ofdevelopment and perpetuation of the minority regime established by Jin inorder to solve various taken by the different levels of deviant behavior on themeans of social control and to demonstrate its unique. In this paper, such associology and psychology and the combination of historical data to attempt toattempts to objective the reduction and evaluation early period of the Jindynasty deviant behavior and social control. Through the early days ofdeviance and social control to solve the problems of today’s society play somereference.This paper focus on the following four parts to study early period of the Jindynasty deviant behavior and social control.The first part briefly topics of meaning and value, the theoretical basis andscope of the study, research ideas and methods, and the article innovation.The second part mainly inspects the early social deviant behavior, tries topass on personal and social dimensions of mining the early deviant behaviorhappens for a reason, and through to the deviant behavior and to explore thecauses of deviant behavior of the positive and negative effect in two aspects.The third part of the research early period of the Jin dynasty of deviantbehavior means of social control. Firstly, on the early law and system controland the control of the two control system of angles to explore the early meansof social control, followed by the Jin dynasty period take the customs andreligious control and moral and social public opinion to control twonon-institutionalized control perspective to explore the early means of social control.
