【摘要】 台湾问题事关中国的领土统一和主权的完整。其中，美国的对台政策是最重要的影响因素之一。美国对台政策影响着中国最终对台湾问题的解决。当前，奥巴马执政时期，力图实现21世纪美国亚太战略的转移。在这一背景之下，台湾的地缘战略地位更加凸显。因此关注奥巴马政府最新的对台政策调整，具有相当的现实意义。本文从冷战后美国对台政策演变入手，简略回顾冷战后美国历届政府的对台政策；通过分析奥巴马政府时期对台政策的延续与变化，探寻奥巴马政府对台政策的本质；基于对奥巴马政府对台政策的战略性因素分析，试图把握今后美国对台政策走向，进而提出中国的应对之策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Taiwan issue is concerned with China’s territorial sovereignty and Unity.Regarding the Taiwan problem United States is an important influencing factor. Thechanges in US-Taiwan relations determine whether China could solve Taiwan problemeventually, therefore China has remained the research of United States served asgovernment’s policy toward Taiwan. Moreover, there is also a need to concern aboutObama’ administrations latest policy adjustments on Taiwan. Analysis of the UnitedStates policies of new government toward Taiwan has a more positive and practicalguiding significance.Part one: A brief introduction on U.S. policies toward Taiwan during post-coldwar period, including after cold war time United States interests concerned and thenthree from President Bush Senior, Clinton and the Bush Junior administrations’polices toward Taiwan in understanding the evolution of United States polices relatedto Taiwan.Part two: Introduction of the Obama’s administration’s policy toward Taiwan.Mainly includes the analysis of the background of financial crisis and the relationshipsbetween the U.S. and Taiwan, combined with chapter one to analyze the continuity andchanges in the policies of the Obama’s government. In the end, the previous discusswill reveal the nature of United States policy towards Taiwan.Part three: Analyze the strategic factors on the adjustment of Obamagovernment’s policy toward Taiwan. Mainly introduce the Obama’s administration’sAsia-pacific strategy forming process and then analyze the international impact factorsof Asia-pacific strategy in American, as well as Taiwan’s strategic significance in thecontext of international factors, in addition to analysis of the Asia-pacific strategicdomestic influenced factors with the relationship between Taiwan policy adjustments.Part four: Analysis of United States’ policy toward Taiwan and thecountermeasures china should take. Firstly, summarize the characteristics of UnitedStates policy toward Taiwan, in the foundation which grasps to the characteristic analyze the U.S policy direction toward Taiwan and China’s countermeasures underthe new situation between two sides.The article is based on the characteristic of American diplomacy, global andregional strategic analysis that the absence of importance of American foreign policyto China, Taiwan’s importance to the United States is not so prominent In other wordsTaiwan rises in value because of United States policy towards China. The articlefinally states that China should be more concerned about emergencies; these majorunexpected accidents would be a greater challenge for China, and the countermeasuresbeing taken should take the background of US-China relations into consideration.更多还原
