“大庆精神”、“铁人精神”在中石油东北销售秦皇岛分公司企业文化建设中的应用研究

【摘要】 “大庆精神”、“铁人精神”是中华民族优良传统的体现,是石油企业员工在艰苦的石油会战中形成的宝贵精神财富。“大庆精神”和“铁人精神”曾在石油企业文化建设过程中发挥着巨大作用,为国家石油事业的发展打下了坚实的思想基础。大庆精神、铁人精神的主要内涵是爱国、创业、求实、奉献,是为国争光、为民族争气的爱国主义精神,是独立自主、自力更生的艰苦创业精神,是讲究科学、三老四严的求实精神,是胸怀全局、为国分忧的奉献精神。大庆精神、铁人精神集中展现了我国工人阶级的崇高品质和精神风貌,激励着一代又一代石油人艰苦奋斗、无私奉献、为国分忧,涌现出铁人王进喜、新时期铁人王启民、当代青年的榜样秦文贵等石油工人的杰出代表,大庆精神、铁人精神已经成为中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分。然而,随着社会的发展和进步,部分年轻人的思想状况和价值取向发生了很大变化。特别是,受社会上一些不良风气的影响,有些青年员工思想信念淡薄,价值取向错位,意志品质薄弱,责任意识模糊,行为习惯失范,金钱驱动、自我中心、坐享其成等现象有所滋长。在工作中表现出敷衍了事、推诿责任的工作状态,缺乏较强的上进心、竞争观念和忧患意识,思想认识和综合素质等不能完全适应企业发展要求。针对此情况,我们致力于从分公司现实情况出发,运用企业文化相关理论方法,精心编制了企业文化调查问卷,并组织开展分公司企业文化调查,详细分析了解分公司目前的企业文化状况,找出分公司企业文化存在的问题和亟待解决的关键难题。通过调查结果显示:分公司企业文化建设势在必行。为此,我们将大庆精神、铁人精神引入到分公司企业文化建设之中,详细分析了其深刻内涵和应用价值,并将其应用到分公司实际工作中,改变了分公司精神面貌,创建了一个良好的企业文化氛围。本文首先介绍了文章研究的背景、意义及主要内容,简要回顾了企业文化的涵义及企业文化建设的相关理论。其次,详细分析了中石油东北销售秦皇岛分公司经营管理现状及存在的问题,并通过问卷调查形式进一步剖析了公司的精神文化现状,结果显示:加强企业文化建设势在必行。第三,秦皇岛分公司将“大庆精神”、“铁人精神”引入到企业文化建设中来,从其内涵、时代价值以及在秦皇岛分公司所体现的应用价值等方面进行深入分析,并结合分公司实际情况,进行了实践及应用,创建了一个良好的企业文化氛围,改变了公司员工的整体精神面貌,增强了员工队伍凝聚力和战斗力,推动了公司健康、持续、长远发展。

【Abstract】 "Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit" are the Chinese nation’s fine traditionswhich are the embodiment of the oil employees’ valuable spirit in difficult oil Battle."Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit" in the construction process of the oil companiesplay a huge role, and lay a solid ideological foundation for the development of thenational oil cause.The main content of "Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit" is Entrepreneurship,Patriotic, Objectivity and Dedication. It is an honor for the country, is a kind ofnational spirit of patriotism which encourages the Chinese workers and is anIndependence, self-reliance pioneering spirit.It is also a pragmatic spirit that paysattention to science and the mind of SanLaoSiYan, and is the dedication spirit for thecountry. The "Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit" showed sublime quality andspiritual world of working class in China, and encouraged all workers. And somepeople were set good example such as WangJinXi, WangQiMin, QinWenGui etc."Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit" has become the very important part of Chineseculture.However, with the development and progress of the society, some young people’sstate of mind and value orientation have changed greatly. In particular, some youngemployees have weak belief, lost value orientation, fuzzy responsibility consciousness,and bad behavior habits. In the work it has showed perfunctory, responsibilitydeflected, and the lack of competition concepts. Their thought and comprehensivequality are not suitable for the request of enterprise development.In this case, we are committed to analysis present enterprise culture conditions,and find out the problems existing in the branch of enterprise culture according toenterprise culture theory and questionnaire. The results showed: the building ofenterprise culture is imperative. Because of this, the Daqing spirit and the Iron Manspirit are introduced to build enterprise culture in our company, which makes thecompany mental outlook changed, and a good enterprise culture atmosphere iscreated.First, the article introduces the research background, significance and main contents, and also reviews the meaning and the construction theories of enterpriseculture briefly. Second, it does research on the present management situation andexisting questions of the PetroChina Northeast Marketing Qinhuangdao Company,and analyzes the cultural status from the questionnaire form.The results showed: thebuilding of enterprise culture is imperative. Last, the Daqing spirit and the Iron Manspirit are introduced to the building of enterprise culture in the PetroChina NortheastMarketing Qinhuangdao Company, analyzing the connotation, value of the times andthe application of the Daqing spirit and the Iron Man spirit. At the same time, it isapplied to the work of Qinhuangdao Company. As a result, a good enterprise cultureatmosphere is created; the company mental outlook is changed, and the staff teamcohesion and combat effectiveness are enhanced, which promotes the health of thecompany, sustained, long-term development.
