电石组合包装袋铁路运输安全性分析

【摘要】 电石是我国重要的基本化工原料,2011年我国电石生产量约为1800万吨,产地集中在蒙、宁、陕、新、甘等能源地,经过跨区域运输,到达南方及沿海地区进行下游产业生产及使用。在我国电石铁路运输中,电石组合包装袋从2001年开始试运以来,基本上取代了以往的铁桶包装方式,但在国际上电石组合包装袋铁路运输还未见先例,因此,需要对电石组合包装袋铁路运输安全进行深入分析。本文在前人研究的基础上,通过分析电石运输事故案例并结合实际运输经验,从人为操作、环境条件、棚车、组合包装袋、内装物等方面分析了影响电石组合包装袋铁路运输安全的因素,对包装袋的拉伸负荷、跌落、喷淋等实验数据进行了处理,结合实际情况构建了电石组合包装袋铁路运输电石火灾事故的事故树模型,进行了布尔代数运算和结构重要度分析,提出了避免电石组合包装袋铁路运输电石火灾事故的针对性措施,最后从组合包装袋、内装物、人员管理、车辆及环境条件等方面给出了保证电石组合包装袋铁路运输安全的建议。

【Abstract】 Calcium carbide, as the basic chemical raw materials, is of great importance. In2011, the output of China’s calcium carbide production has amounted to18million tons, and the place of production is mainly centered in Mongolia, Shanxi, Gan Su, Ning Xia, Xin Jiang and other provinces rich in energy. Transported by cross-region transportation, Calcium carbide will then be processed and used by industries in the Southern cities and the coastal areas in the east.Since the technique of calcium carbide combined packing bag has been first applied in China’s railway transportation of calcium carbide in2001, Basically replaced the previous drums packaging, but in the international railway transportation of calcium carbide combined packing bag is not precedent, therefore, we need a in-depth analysis of railway transportation safety for calcium carbide combined packaging bag. Based on the previous studies, collected a tourmaline transportation accident cases and analyzes the cause of the accidents, this thesis has elaborated on the safety factors from the prospective of manual operation, combined packing bag, boxcar, environmental conditions and dynamics, making experimental analysis of calcium carbide by tensile load, drop test and spray test. Then it establishes the fault tree model in accordance with the actual transportation situations through the method of calculating and analyzing, and proposes effective measures to solve the problems. Finally, this thesis has put forward some suggestions on the production and use of calcium carbide combined packing bag, employee management, boxcar running state and working conditions.
