【摘要】 广义的少年犯罪,即包含我们所理解的违法,也包含我们所理解的犯罪。少年犯罪已经是当今世界各国共同面临的严重社会问题,我国也不例外。遏制少年犯罪,重在预防。本文从犯罪学和刑事法律制度的角度,分析了导致少年犯罪的原因,并提出相应的预防对策。全文分为五大部分,每部分具体内容如下：第一部分,阐述少年犯罪的含义、概述当前我国少年犯罪的现状和特点。首先,本文认为少年犯罪应作广义理解。因为少年的可塑性强,不良行为往往是犯罪的前奏,应当提前干预。接着,从少年犯罪的总量和占刑事犯罪的比率来总结少年犯罪的现状；从主体、行为、类型三方面来总结少年犯罪的特点。第二部分,从家庭、学校、社会、特殊少年群体四个方面探讨了诱发少年犯罪的原因。分析家庭、学校、社会在关爱少年成长工作中的不足,并注重对特殊少年群体犯罪原因的分析。第三部分,结合少年犯罪的原因,提出应当建立少年犯罪的社会预防体系。因为少年犯罪不是单纯的法律问题,而是复杂的社会问题,需要家庭、学校、政府、社会全方位的作为和配合。第四部分,借鉴国外的经验和制度,提出应当尽快建立我国的少年司法制度。少年司法制度的基本理念就是通过对少年的特殊对待,达到预防其再次犯罪的目的。通过介绍国外少年司法制度的建设情况,提出在三方面完善中国的少年司法制度：制定独立的少年法、建立独立的少年法院、完善少年司法处遇措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juvenile delinquency is the social common question which many countries are facing with now. It is becoming one of the important issues that all the countries are focus on and shoud be taken seriously to various social departments about preventing,reducing and controlling juvenile delinquency effectively.From the criminology and criminal justice system, analyzes the reasons leading to juvenile delinquency, and the corresponding preventive measures. The full text of divided into five parts, each part of the specific contents are as follows:The first part explain the meaning of juvenile delinquency, and an overview of the status and characteristics of juvenile delinquency. This article that juvenile crime should be understood more broadly.
