工程监理企业向工程项目管理企业转变的研究

【摘要】 随着我国投资体制的改革和国际化水平的提高,中国建筑市场对工程项目管理服务和项目管理人才的需求十分迫切。而现阶段我国的工程监理企业的业务内容仅局限于施工阶段的监理服务,并且自身还存在着很多不足,已经不能满足全方位、全过程工程项目管理服务的要求,在一定程度上也制约了整个工程建设行业的发展。因而工程监理企业应尽快向工程项目管理企业转变,探求出适合工程监理企业长远发展的新道路,以提高自身的竞争力并与国际接轨。本文运用观察法、文献研究法和定量分析法,论文首先对国外工程项目管理企业的发展经验进行阐述,分析了工程监理企业向工程项目管理企业转变的必要性及可行性,然后提出了转型存在的问题;接着通过对工程监理企业向工程项目管理企业转变的优势进行分析,提出了工程监理企业向工程项目管理企业转变的培育方式和运作模式;最后针对工程监理企业转型中存在的问题进行了相应的策略分析,并得出结论

【Abstract】 With the reformation of China’s investment system and the development of the internationalization, the Chinese construction market is very urgent demand for project management services and project management personnel. At present, then business content of the engineering supervision enterprises in China is limited to the supervision of the construction phase. And there are still many deficiencies in the whole industry. All of these indicate the engineering supervision enterprises can no longer meet the requirements of the whole process of project management services. And to a certain extent, it also restricted the whole development of the whole construction industry. Thus project supervision companies should change to the project management companies. And they need to explore new roads for their own development in order to improve their competitiveness and be with international standards.The paper used the methods of observation, documentary research and quantitative analysis. It first described the development experience of the foreign project management companies. And it proposed that engineering supervision enterprises need to transfer to the project management enterprises and its problems of the change. Then it analyzed the advantages and feasibility for the shift of engineering supervision enterprises to the project management enterprises. And it proposed the mode of nurture and operation in the transition process from engineering supervision enterprises to the project management enterprises. Finally, the paper put forward the strategy of the transformation from engineering supervision enterprises to project management enterprises, and draw conclusions.
