基于IC卡数据的公交行车计划编制协调优化方法研究

【摘要】 随着城市经济的快速发展以及城市化、机动化进程的加快,城市交通拥挤现象日益严重,已经严重影响到城市的可持续发展。优先发展公共交通是经济社会发展的需要,是解决大城市交通问题的必然选择。城市公共交通系统能否正常和高效地运营,不仅取决于道路和车辆等设施条件,更有赖于运营管理手段和技术手段的先进性。本文在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,综合考虑配车和配班问题的目标及约束,以配车和配班成本最小为目标函数,构建了公共交通行车计划编制协调优化模型。通过分析IC卡数据,确定断面客流,并以此为基础计算发车间隔,确定行车时刻表;基于我国包乘制现状,通过约束实现抽车、加车以及就餐安排,优化了模型,使模型应用更符合实际;采用LINGO软件求解模型,得出配车计划,同时以8小时或4小时工作时间为约束,得出配班计划。本文不仅通过构建约束实现了我国包乘制特点下的抽车、加车以及就餐问题,还考虑了不同的班型,并通过约束首末站停站时间提高有效工作时间。论文对本文研究的模型和算法进行了示例分析,验证了模型与算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economic and speeding up of the urbanization and motorization process,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious and has severely affected the city’s sustainable development. Giving priority to the development of public transport is the need of economic and social development and is the inevitable choice to solve the traffic problem in big cities.Whether the urban public traffic system can operate normally and efficiently not only depends on roads and traffic facilities conditions, but also depends on operation management means and the advanced technology.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the domestic and foreign research and with a combined consideration of the objective and constraints of the vehicle and crew scheduling, the paper built up the vehicle and crew scheduling coordinated optimization model with the objective function of minimizing the total cost of vehicle and crew. Through the analysis of IC card data, establish the cross section flow, and based on this calculate departure intervals to determine the schedule. Then, optimize the model to be more realistic, considering the Chinese realities-assigning crew system. The paper used LINGO to solve the model and verified the algorithms’efficiency through an example. The paper not only realized vehicle scheduling under responsible crew system of China by constraint conditions, but also considered two kinds of crew type. And the paper limited dwell time of the first and last stops to increase effective work time.
