10kV典型客户变配电实训系统的设计

【摘要】 10kV典型客户供配电实训系统是在10kV变配电系统的基础上改造的一套实训设备,目的是解决10kV供配电相关工作人员及学员,技术培训和能力考核的难题。它解决了实际运行的配电系统难以作为技术实训设备,采用不上电设备,又难以达到理想实训效果的问题,使学员与相关工作人员的学习与实践很好的结合在一起。本系统在10kV供配电设备的基础上加载了一套控制设备,使10kV变配电设备可以在低压状态下,模拟真实现场运行,同时可以对变配电设备设置实际工作中常见的用电故障,实现对学员及相关电力工作人员故障查找与处理能力的培训和考核。本文通过对10kV供配电系统运行原理的研究,设计了一套控制系统加载方案。加载系统是由上位机、通讯转换器、故障模拟器、虚负荷电源组成的控制网络。其中上位机使用RS232接口通讯,故障模拟器等下位机使用RS485通讯,为提高通讯效率,通讯转换器在完成电平转换功能的同时,通过使用FPGA(可编程逻辑门阵列)的硬件编程功能对通讯转换器的通讯串口进行扩展,实现RS485多路并行通讯。故障模拟器通过继电控制触点接入10kV配电设备二次回路设置二次故障。为模拟真实现场供电回路运行状况,使用了虚负荷电源对主回路电压与电流进行模拟,虚负荷电源采用了DDS直接数字波形频率合成技术,实现了电压与电流的相位、幅值可调功能,模拟用电负荷。

【Abstract】 The10kV typical customer supply and distribution training system is a set of training equipment modification based on the real10kV power distribution system, the purpose is to solve the problem of10kV power supply staff and students, technical training and ability examination. It solves the problem like that, as technical training equipment, the actual operation of the distribution system is difficult, and it’s difficult to achieve the desired training effect without electrical power. So this system makes the study and practice of students and staff together. This system loads a set of control equipment based on the10kV power supply equipment. It achieves that10kV power distribution equipment can simulate the real field operation at low pressures, at the same time set up power fault in the practical work to transformation and distribution equipment. Realize the training and assessment about fault finding and training ability of trainees and electricity staff.Through the study on the principle of10kV supply and distribution system, this article designs a control system loading program. The control network of loading program is made up of upper computer, communication converter, fault simulator, virtual load power. Among them the upper computer uses RS232interface communication, the fault simulator as a lower computer uses RS485communication. To improve the efficiency of communication, communication converter finishes the level transformation function, at the same time, communication converter serial communications is extended and RS485multi-channel parallel communication is achieved through the use of FPGA (field programmable gate array) hardware programming. Fault simulator sets up the second fault through accessing the relay control contacts into the second circuit of10kV power distribution equipment. To simulate the distribution ark operation condition with different load in the real workplace, use the virtual load power to simulate the power frequency voltage and current of main loop, virtual load power source adopts the DDS digital waveform synthesis technology, realize the adjustable function of voltage and current’s phase and amplitude.
