黄土隧道支护方法对其稳定性影响研究

【摘要】 在黄土隧道施工过程中,黄土作为一种特殊的土质,关键在于隧道开挖过程中如何确保围岩的稳定性,围岩的稳定主要通过施工中的加固措施予以保证。采用不同的围岩加固措施,会对围岩的稳定产生不同的效果及影响。选择合适有效的围岩加固措施,对于黄土隧道的建设有着重要的意义。本文依托豫西三淅高速公路的函谷关黄土隧道为研究对象,基于大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS平台,结合工程实例,分析了围岩加固措施在黄土隧道施工中的应用,研究了加固措施对围岩稳定性的影响,本文主要研究内容及研究结论如下:(1)根据管棚超前支护的特性,模拟计算分析了,在控制围岩一定变形量的情况下,管棚施作长度与土体埋深的关系。(2)模拟分析了系统锚杆在隧道不同位置的作用,结果表明拱顶处的锚杆对于控制围岩变形量作用明显,拱腰处的锚杆有一定的作用,而拱脚处的锚杆作用不明显。(3)计算分析了仰拱布设对隧道的影响范围,确定了仰拱布设距离掌子面的理论有效值,以保证仰拱掌握好的布设时机。(4)对比分析不同的隧道开挖方法,选择了比较典型几种隧道开挖方法进行模拟分析,得出了CD工法为黄土隧道合理的开挖方法。(5)以工程实例中监控量测的数据为依据,分别对实际工程和最有效的围岩加固措施进行对比,结果表明,本文研究的围岩加固措施的有机组合适用于黄土隧道围岩加固。

【Abstract】 In loess tunnel construction process, as a special kind of loess soil, the key is to ensure the stability of surrounding rocks in the process of tunnel excavation, the stability of surrounding rock mainly get through reinforcement measures in the construction to guarantee. Using different surrounding rock reinforcement measures will be the stability of surrounding rock to produce different effect and influence. Chooseing the right and effective of the surrounding rock reinforcement measures has important significance for the construction of the loess tunnel.This paper is based on the western sanxi highway hanguguan loess tunnel as the research object, the universal finite element method is based on large ABAQUS software platform,and combined with the engineering practice, this paper analyzes the surrounding rock reinforcement measures in the loess tunnel construction of the application,and study reinforcement measures impact the stability of surrounding rock, In the paper the content of study and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Getting the relationship between the length of pipe-shed and the buried depth of soil according to the characteristics of pipe-shed construction.(2)By researching the simulation analysis system anchor rod in different locations of the tunnel effect, the results show that in the control of the dome for surrounding rock mass deformation obviously, arch waist place of the anchor has certain effect, and the arch feet does not play a signifieant role.(3)Calculating and analyzing the action range of inverted arch according to its construction characteristics,and getting the actual action range of inverted arch in loes-s tunnelby. ANSYS.(4)Choosing several typical methods from many different tunnel excavation methods to simulate and analyse the application objects,and get the reasonable loess tunnel excavation method is the center diagram method.(5)Making data measured in practical application for reference, comparatively analyzing the actual project and most effective surrounding rock reinforcing means,and getting the conclusion that the new reinforcing means that are the organic combinations of these reinforcing means mentioned before whether suit loess tunnel.
