基于产品基因的壁行式悬臂起重机变型设计系统研究

【摘要】 随着世界买方市场的形成,客户对起重机的个性化要求愈来愈多样化,再加上起重机行业本身存在的设计问题,导致当前起重机行业不能快速及时的反应市场。本文以壁行式悬臂起重机为研究对象,它的作业范围和灵活性较大,起吊量相对较小,适用于工厂、仓库等场所。本文首先分析了课题的选题依据及意义,其次介绍了起重机国内外发展现状,然后对产品基因技术和变型设计研究现状进行了阐述,针对传统变型设计方法存在的问题,本文提出了基于产品基因的变型设计方法,并将其应用到壁行式悬臂起重机的变型设计中。在理论方面,通过机械产品设计过程和生物成长过程的比较,引出了产品基因的概念,并对产品基因的特点、内容和变型设计中的产品基因模型做了详细的介绍。然后详细介绍了分解重构、生长型设计和功能表面理论等支持产品基因的变型设计理论基础。技术应用上,一方面,介绍了基于产品基因的变型设计关键技术,如产品基因的提取、扩增、重组和表达技术等;另一方面,对基于产品基因的变型设计平台构成技术进行了研究,介绍了变型设计平台特征、开发方式以及产品族基因建模及实现技术,同时对产品基因编码技术、接口编码技术等进行了介绍,最后对产品基因库的管理和构建技术进行了研究。作为对上述理论和技术的应用,本文以VB.NET2005对INVENTOR2011进行了二次开发,开发了基于产品基因的壁行式悬臂起重机变型设计系统,其数据库是ACCESS2007。系统包括客户定制模块和变型设计模块,初步实现了壁行式悬臂起重机变型设计,并通过实例验证了系统的可靠性。基于产品基因的壁行式悬臂起重机变型设计系统,初步实现了产品的自动化设计,提高了设计效率,满足了多样化的市场需求,缩短了设计周期,降低了企业成本。

【Abstract】 In the world scope, with the shaping of purchaser market, the customer personalized requirements on the crane become more and more. At the same time, owing to some design problems, it seemed to be an inability to respond quickly enough to the marketplace for the crane industry. The object of the paper is the wall jib crane. It has larger work space and flexibility, but it has small-tonnage, as a result, it can be used in the factories, the warehouse and some other places.Firstly, this paper explained why selecting the title and the significance of the research. Secondly, the present situation and the development of the domestic and foreign crane industry were introduced. Then, the research statuses of product gene and variety design were analyzed in the paper. Finally, the paper put forward variant design based on product genetic for the problems in traditional variant design methodology, and applied it to the wall jib crane variant design.In the aspect of theory, compared with the biological growth process, this paper studied the concept of gene. The features and the content of the product gene were also introduced. And the product gene model was described. The genetic model in the gene variant design process was also analyzed. Then the support product design theory was proposed, including the theory of decomposition and reconstitution, growth theory and function surface theory.In technology applications, on the one hand, the key technologies of variant design based on product gene were introduced, such as product gene extraction, product gene amplification, product gene recombination and product gene expression. On the other hand, the technological structure of the variant design platform based on product gene was studied. The features and development method of the variant design platform were introduced. Product family gene modeling technology and implementation technology were also introduced, at the same time, the product gene encoding technology such as interface encoding was researched. Finally, the management and establishment of product gene databases were studied. As the application of the above theory and technology, the system used VB.NET2005to develop INVENTOR2011. Developing the variant design system of the wall jib crane based on product gene, its database is Access2007. The whole system included customizing module and variant design module. The variant design of wall jib crane was preliminary implemented, and the result had shown that the system was reliableThe variant design system of the wall jib crane is based on product gene. It achieves automation of products design in certain degree. The system improves the design efficiency, satisfies the varying market needs, shortens the design cycle greatly and decreases the cost for the corporation.
