【摘要】 目前中国已经进入城镇化快速发展的历史阶段,如何进一步提高城镇化水平、加快城镇化战略,妥善解决城镇化进程中出现的问题和困难,促进城乡社会经济协调发展,是摆在我们面前一个十分重要的课题。许昌市省位于我省中部地区,在国家实施中原经济区战略中担负着重要的作用,面临着较大的发展机遇。另一方面许昌市城镇化水平相对较低。研究探讨许昌市城镇化问题,有利于准确分析定位其薄弱环节,为加快推进许昌市城镇化建设提供依据和对策。对于城镇化问题,国内外学者都有不同角度的研究和阐述。本文在学习相关文献的基础上,运用相关理论,采用系统研究、文献分析等研究方法,对许昌市城镇化问题进行了深入系统的研究。本文从城镇化的相关概念入手,以公共管理的视角,大量引用许昌市城镇化统计调查数据,分析许昌市城镇化建设现状,剖析概括许昌市城镇化建设中存在的问题,从加强学习宣传,提高思想认识；坚持规划引领,突出四大特色；加快构建现代城镇体系；围绕产城融合,强化产业支撑；创新体制机制,破解制约瓶颈等方面提出了针对性的对策建议,对于许昌市城镇化未来的发展具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently China has entered into a historical phase of rapid urbanization. A major task we are faced with is how to further improve the level of urbanization, to accelerate the urbanization strategy, to properly solve the emerging problems and difficulties in the process of urbanization, and to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy. Situated in the central part of Henan Province, Xuchang plays an important role in the implementation of strategy of Central Plains Economic Region and is faced with many opportunities. However, the urbanization level of Xuchang is relatively low. Thus the study of Xuchang’s urbanization problems, on the one hand, can be beneficial for an accurate positioning and analysis of its bottleneck; on the other hand the study will provide references and strategies to boost the urbanization construction of Xuchang.Domestic and foreign scholars have studied and described the urbanization problem from different perspectives. Based on the study of related works, this paper utilizes relevant theory, and adopts several research measures such as integrating theory with practice, systemized study, investigation and study, literature analysis. The paper has an in-depth study of Xuchang’s urbanization construction.From the perspective of public management, this paper uses the relevant concepts of urbanization, refers to a large amount of statistical data of Xuchang’s urbanization. From the analysis of the present situation of Xuchang’s urbanization, this paper analyzes general problems existing in the construction of the Xuchang’s urbanization. This paper intensifies publicity, and improves the ideological recognition. It insists on planning guidance, and emphasizes four major characteristics^accelerates the establishment of a modern urban system and strengthens the industrial support by combining the city with industries.lt also helps to offer advices that are well-targeted to makes breakthroughs in the mechanisms and systems and remove the bottleneck,which is meaningful for the future development of Xuchang’s urbanization.更多还原
