【摘要】 历史积淀、人民创造使许多县域拥有丰厚的民间文化。探索文化资源转化为文化生产力,文化资源大县跨越为文化产业强县的途径和机制,是具有丰富文化资源的县域共同面对的难题。文化资源普查是发展民间文化产业的基础性工作,需要科学分析文化资源的框架和方法。基于文化生态理论树立民间文化生态观,综合分析县域的自然环境、地理区位、经济状况等民间文化的形塑因素,注重当前政治环境、大众文化和消费文化对民间文化生态的影响,用文化六方面理论分析民间文化内部结构,提供民间文化资源统计的角度。昌黎县文化资源丰富,民间文化资源历史悠久、丰富多样,民间文化在县域文化产业开发中大有可为。本文以昌黎县民间文化资源和文化产业开发现状为基础,分析昌黎民间文化产业发展的问题,认为民间文化产业发展需要从理念上明确四组关系：文化与经济、政府与市场、城市与乡村、民间与现代。在县域范围发展民间文化产业应以最有市场化可能的民间文化资源为核心,应有明确的领导力、开放的市场观,融合其他类型文化产业。最后,提出昌黎县民间文化产业的发展建议。民间文化可以直接成为经济发展的增长极,其对县域发展的人文意义十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accumulation of history and creation of people makes many county regions possess rich folk culture. Explore the way and mechanism of turning culture resource into cultural productivity and making big culture-resource-county into strong culture-resource-county is the problem those counties must face to solve.General investigation of culture resource is the basic work to develop folk culture industry and needing scientific analysis about culture resource frame and method. Based on the culture zoology theory, this paper aims at establish folk culture zoology sight and analyse those folk culture factors of natural environment, geography zone bit, economy condition by synthesis, and analyse the inner structure of folk culture with six culture theory to afford an angle of folk culture resource statistics.Changli county has an abundant folk culture resources and long colorful history, the folk culture has a brilliant future in county culture industries. This paper bases on the Changli county folk culture resource and current culture industries developing situation, analyse the problems of its development, and regard as the folk culture industries should explicit four relationships in concept, that is culture and economy, government and market, city and village, folk and modern. To developing folk culture industry in county regions should treat the most marketization folk culture resource to be the core, and should have specific leadership, open marketing sight, and blend other types of culture industries. Lastly, this paper put forward some suggestions about developing Changli county folk culture industries.
