对旋式轴流风力灭火机的气动设计与性能研究

【摘要】 本文在国家标准中对便携式风力灭火机的技术要求的基础上,通过分析对旋式轴流风力灭火机内部气流流动的压力关系、速度关系、入流与出流的角度关系以及叶轮叶片翼型的阻力、升力,建立了对旋式轴流风力灭火机气动性能的主要关系式,并在此基础上对风机的两级对旋叶轮进行气动设计,确定叶片的相关参数。在研究对旋式轴流风机与小型汽油机连接方式、对旋叶轮的具体形式的基础上,设计了传动齿轮箱、叶轮叶片、灭火风筒等,并对小型汽油机进行选型。通过对风机内部气流的流场建立离散的CFD网格模型,在计算流体动力学基本控制方程的基础上,采用k-epsilon湍流模型以及SIMPLE算法,对对旋式轴流风力灭火机的内部流场进行数值模拟分析,同时将其与理论估算的气动性能进行比较,为对旋式轴流风力灭火机的设计及优化提供参考意见。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the technical requirements of portable pneumatic fire extinguisher, this paper analyzes the relationship between the pressure of the counter-rotating axial flow pneumatic fire extinguisher internal airflow velocity relation, inflow and outflow in the perspective of relations and the resistance of the impeller blade airfoil lift, the aerodynamic performance of the counter-rotating axial flow pneumatic fire extinguisher relationship, and on this basis, two pairs of rotating impeller fan aerodynamic design to determine the relevant parameters of the blade.Connection in the study of rotating axial flow fan and a small gasoline engine, designed on the basis of the specific form of the rotating impeller, gear box, the impeller blades, fire-fighting hairdryer, and a small gasoline engine selection.Discrete CFD mesh model the flow field within the fan airflow on the basis of the basic equations in computational fluid dynamics, using the k-epsilon turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm, the internal flow on a rotating axial flow pneumatic fire extinguisher the field of numerical simulation analysis, while its aerodynamic performance compare with the theoretical estimates. Both the degree of fit better, provide a reference for the design and optimization of the rotating axial flow pneumatic fire extinguisher.
