【摘要】 房产交易作为最古老的行业之一,与现代网络地图(Web GIS)服务融合,以网络地图为传播媒介,满足了大众用户日常生活在租赁房屋、线上交易的地图搜索需求。本设计从房产交易特征入手,进行中国房产网络交易的发布形式的可行性分析；通过对比中外房产交易发展,及国内房产政策的敏感性,提出可借鉴的国外房产交易的特征；并细分国内网络房产的趋势：围绕用户体验为中心,融合本地信息提供本地的商业地图应用及网络分享的应用趋势。作为网络房产交易的核心数据部分,Google Maps API为此提供了共享的网络地图接口创建了B/S结构平台,实现对本地数据库中房产信息的增添查找、用户登录注册等多项操作。本文基于北京市房地产交易平台应用的设想,初探网络房产交易平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the purposes of supplying geographical information service by recent Internet technology, Web GIS is one of the main methods. Web GIS offers geographical or map service openly to satisfy certain target comparison, group’s decision-making or general public needs through the interface of intranet or Internet. Considering that most of the geographical data are open only to certain department, Google Maps API is one of the open interfaces to make better use of national geographical data. This article is based on the setting up a website on real estate management for better users’ interface to maps, and further discusses the recent studies on Web GIS.更多还原
